In response to your message you do not always treat everyone with the same due respect they deserve because if this were the case this conversation would not be occurring. From the beginning all I have ever asked for was to be treated fairly and this simple task could not be delivered. Whatever organization you have signed yourself up for to raise your prestige does not automatically ensure that your employees treat everybody with respect. This being said I really do not feel comfortable stepping foot into your dealership nor do I feel it is worth my time or gas money to travel to your business. In addition to stripping me of all the excitement that comes along with buying a new car you already have my money and I do not see how you really can make this right beyond an offer that would involve discounting a service to me in the future which would still make you more money. I do not feel comfortable nor safe having my car serviced in your dealership and I do not feel comfortable based on the way I was treated last time in your dealership contacting you directly or coming into the dealership. To be quiet honest if you are serious about making things right then I feel this venue for communication (dealerrater.ca msg box) is probably the best option for the interim for me to hear out what GM is proposing. Beyond this I really don't see how you can make things right as I feel the damage has been done and given the treatment I received from your establishment I don't feel like being the victim of bullying once again

I am truly sorry that you still have strong feelings about your experience. Obviously our service was not at the high standard that Georgetown Kia's parent company, Car Nation Canada strives to achieve for all of their dealerships. Having said that, I have spoken to the GM who is more than willing to rectify this situation. He feels bad about what occurred and is willing to offer you 5 free oil changes along with a complimentary complete car detail, if you should so wish. Contact me at any time if you would like to go ahead with this, my personal email is below. At that point, I can get your personal details to ensure that you receive what we are offering from our Service Department. Please tell Tony/GM although significantly delayed and the fact that this situation should not of occurred in the first place I recognize your somewhat attempt to do damage control. Unfortunately, I cannot accept the oil change offer by Georgetown Kia. Given that part of my experience the last time was with the service department and that I was left to wait for 4 hours (even though I was booked in as the first appointment of the day) for a job that takes the same amount of time to do as an oil change (i accurately am able to gauge the time comparison because my father owned an auto body repair shop) I do not trust that the same thing will not happen to me once again. I also do not feel like being mistreated as a woman by your service desk worker again either. I prefer not to have your department work on my car, I currently service my car at other Kia dealers. So unfortunately I must pass on that offer because I will not put myself at risk for the same bullying to happen to me once again

Fair enough. We have actually identified the service desk worker in question who received disciplinary action. It is unfortunate that this situation occurred and we are truly sorry. The offer still stands should you wish to pursue it in the future, simply contact myself at any time. You are free to amend or repost your Dealer Rater review at any time, as there has been an honest attempt on our part to amend an unfortunate situation. You are of course, not obligated to, the choice is yours. Good luck and I hope all the best for you... Sincerely, Ivan Sandoval
