Taken Advantage My wife attempted to find her dream car only to find a nightmare. She was told to put a deposit to hold her vehicle until I was able to get in town to My wife attempted to find her dream car only to find a nightmare. She was told to put a deposit to hold her vehicle until I was able to get in town to put the rest of the down payment down and sign the paperwork for pickup, however they apparently had her sign a Bill of Sale without her knowledge when all she was supposed to be doing is putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle. When questioned about this the Finance guy Tony stated, "I do not see or speak to anyone who isn't signing a Bill of Sale". Through this process he back dated documents to July 31st when I witnessed with my own eyes him sign one of the documents on Aug 10th when we picked up the vehicle. Now after having the vehicle we have noticed that the vehicle was not detailed as there was food in between the seats and a mildew smell, there was LED's out in the back safety light and a broken driver side rocker panel. I am being told even though it is a safety issue that because the sales person (who quit by the way) did not make note of it that it is not their problem and they will not fix it. Horrible experience and horrible dealership. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them and recommend others stay away as they are every sense of the words, "USED CAR SALESMEN". More

A few weeks ago we had our Dodge Journey serviced in your shop, Capital Dodge in Kanata. We only found out yesterday that the backup key was missing from our Key Fob. Upon returning to the shop we found that Ryan had kept an unknown backup key at the service desk. To our utter surprise that was our key! Ryan also repaired the Key Fob to prevent the backup key from falling out again. This was an excellent turn of events. Ryan can be commended for his attention to details. Lucien Potvin, Kanata. More

Ken M made the financing process as simple as I could hope for. His organization of the deal made everything seamless and I drove off the lot in my new vehicle with NO regrets. After dealing with the warranty work for 3 years now for my dodge, I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy service department. Brent is always right there to assist with a smile on his face; its always nice to see employees that actually like their job. And I cannot say enough good things about Ryan in service. He always goes above and beyond to make the process easier! He's able to answer any question I throw at him and will ensure that I am happy before heading out the door. Definitely 5 stars! More

I recommend you stop in and see Josh and Mike in Sales and any one of Kyle's service folks. Neil is always good for a chat and a laugh if you need a shuttle when you drop off and pick up your car from service. I've never dealt with such an amazing team and dealership. Ms. 21 questions I have had the most amazing experiences at Capital Dodge Palladium for all my car services this year. From the first(of many) calls with Ryan, to warm I have had the most amazing experiences at Capital Dodge Palladium for all my car services this year. From the first(of many) calls with Ryan, to warm welcomes from Dana and the team, I have not thought twice about bringing my vehicle elsewhere(having since switching makes). The outstanding attention to customer service does not go unseen. JP gets me in for an oil change and always makes sure I leave in better shape then when I arrived. I drive a lot, and know next to nothing about my vehicle. This team turns what should be a painful experience for me into one I look forward to, every 8 weeks. Thanks guys for always keeping me safe on the road. More

Fantastic service! I 've been having ongoing problems with the start/stop system on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They finally were able to fix it. Part of the problem was with I 've been having ongoing problems with the start/stop system on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. They finally were able to fix it. Part of the problem was with the battery. It was not covered by warranty but Brent and his team replaced this $500.00 battery at no charge! He told me he valued my business and that it was the least they could do since I've dealt with them for so long. Now that's what I call customer service! Keep it up! Luc Vaillancourt More
