He sought advice from others when he thought necessary. He did NOT dismiss my account of the noise when not immediately apparent to the technicians. Ryan's willingness to seek the advice of others increased my confidence in Capital Dodge. I appreciate that he took the time to update me about what was going on with my vehicle. Mostly, I appreciate that Ryan did not speak to me like I had no idea about what was going on with my car. I run into that so often.
