He was straightforward, knowledgable, personable and provided me with amazing guidance to navigate the sales experience. He continually went above and beyond and ensured the entire sales process from start to finish surpassed all of my expectations. Mustang GT from Mark at Erinwood I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. I knew exactly which car I wanted (2019 Mustang GT) but d I visited Erinwood Ford as my local Ford dealer, and the receptionist introduced me to Mark. I knew exactly which car I wanted (2019 Mustang GT) but did now know colour or transmission choices. Mark was good enough to walk me through all of the cars on their extensive lot, and let me take my time choosing. Mark was pleasant and efficient, and made my purchase a fun experience, which I really appreciated. I hope to keep my car for a long time, but next time I buy a Ford - my F150 is getting long in the tooth - I shall definitely call Mark Maguire. More
