I have just leased my 5th car from Charlesglen and have never had a bad experience. Everyone I dealt with, Paul, Alison, Phil and Jim were friendly, professional and they all made the process easy and eve never had a bad experience. Everyone I dealt with, Paul, Alison, Phil and Jim were friendly, professional and they all made the process easy and even fun. I would happily recommend Charlesglen to anyone wanting to buy or lease a Toyota. I drove away in my 2020 Coralla SE upgrade with a huge smile on my face. I'll be back in the next 4 to 5 years for my next vehicle and who knows maybe it will be a Rav this time. More

I can not say enough amazing things about Charlsglen! This is the first time I purchased. Brand new vehicle and I was in a real rush to do so. After being off work for 5 1/2 months due to COVID, my truck This is the first time I purchased. Brand new vehicle and I was in a real rush to do so. After being off work for 5 1/2 months due to COVID, my truck broke down beyond repair, the second day I was finally back to work, and I had a very limited window to find something new. Val was absolutely amazing right from the start. She understood my situation and sympathized with me instead of taking advantage of the fact that I am young, buying my first vehicle, and have zero time to do it. It would have been very easy for her to take advantage of that but instead she treated me like she would her own kids. She took care of me every step of the way and made me feel at ease. Kurt in finance was incredible as well. There was a lot of back and forth once I chose my vehicle and he was very accommodating. He even openly communicated with my dad who lives in another province, and they worked together to get me the best deal possible. I was alone when I picked up my vehicle and Kurt was very personable. He made me feel comfortable, didn’t pressure me into any extras that were not already agreed upon, and he made the process quick and painless so I could be on my way. When I picked up my new RAV4, Jim waked me through everything, showed me how to use the features, and was such a pleasant addition to the process. He was absolutely hilarious and very helpful. Throughout the visit he constantly made sure that I was comfortable and understood what he was saying. We laughed the entire time and it was a great way to end a very long day. Buying a new vehicle is along process and it was a little nerve racking for me because I had never done it before, and I was by myself for most of it. The team at Charlsglen assured me every step of the way that they were there when I needed them, and that they would continue to be there after the purchase was complete. If I could give an infinity number of stars I would. Thank you so much to such an incredible group of people! More

Friendly, efficient, problem solving We are new permanent residents of Canada and wanted to buy a car similar to the one we have in the USA. An on-line search showed that Charlesglen had We are new permanent residents of Canada and wanted to buy a car similar to the one we have in the USA. An on-line search showed that Charlesglen had a good selection of used Toyotas. When we went in Tyler Medland helped us. He listened to what we wanted (2014 Rav 4) and offered two possibilities. He did not try to up-sell us...a big, big plus. We chose one of the two and he had us test drive it. It was just what we wanted, He was very friendly (as were all the staff) and did not waste our time! Because we had never owned a car in Canada and only had out-of-country drivers' licenses, we had a couple of extra hoops to jump through. Phil Dao told us just what we had to do and helped us find a company that could give us insurance quickly; again, friendly, efficient and he solved a problem. When we picked up the car Jim McAlorum (?) explained what we needed to know about the car and we were out the door. A very positive car buying experience. More
