I recently leased my fourth Matrix from Charlesglen. As in previous situations my Sales Advisor, James Calero was awesome. From the moment I enter this Dealership I feel welcomed and cared for. I had just in previous situations my Sales Advisor, James Calero was awesome. From the moment I enter this Dealership I feel welcomed and cared for. I had just come through a terrible car accident in which my Matrix of only 15 months was wrecked beyond repair. My previous 2009 Matrix was stolen within 15 months of purchase. I cannot express in words how impacted I was by the kindness, compassion and customer care I received from every member of the Sales Team. James as always took great care over and above my expectations to ensure I was able to replace my beloved Matrix with another one of the same S series and model and a 5 speed. James not only sold me on the (color) white car I didn't think I wanted he also convinced me to get behind the wheel and test drive the vehicle (in a quiet safe location), as my accident was still very fresh and I was feeling fragile and little hypervigilant. I then received the utmost care and treatment from the rest of their team of professionals, from Bonnie the Finance Manager, Ryan, Leasing Manager, Jim (Vehicle Delivery Advisor) and James Calero, my Salesman. All staff were knowledgeable of the product I was interested in and took their time to match me with the vehicle I wanted, at a very attractive price. The dealership is well-organized and the steps involved in purchasing a new vehicle, from making the deal, to the finance office, vehicle preparation, and customer vehicle walk-through were seamless, and efficient. It was a first class service. Staff very friendly and willing to help and get client satisfaction. What I liked the most was the treatment that all staff gave to me.
