I'm from Ontario, I work with my welding truck in Alberta. I have my truck shipped on a flatbed rather than drive it myself. On my way to drop my truck off at the trucking company that I hired to s Alberta. I have my truck shipped on a flatbed rather than drive it myself. On my way to drop my truck off at the trucking company that I hired to ship my truck to Edmonton the engine light came on. The engine wasn't warming up and the cabin heater wasn't putting out much heat. The next day I called Leduc Chrysler and spoke to Dawn Manuck. Luckily she was able to book my truck in for service on the Monday it was suppose to arrive. I explained the situation, that a trucker would be dropping it off. Turned out my truck arrived a day early on Sunday. Dawn wasn't working but she communicated with the trucker and got my truck and keys dropped at the dealership. From there Dawn kept me well informed with the diagnosis and repair of my truck. Once my truck was fixed Dawn personally dropped my truck off at the park and fly and made a 2nd trip back to plug it in for me. Overall, it was a great experience and great service. More
