From start to finish Brad, Josh, Natalia & Christina went above and beyond to ensure a flawless sale. Ours was not a "typical" trade-in situation, but Brad took it all in his stride and was a true professional; a professional who knows his team and his industry inside and out. I drove over 200kms visiting 4 different car dealerships in Edmonton on Saturday, spending countless hours talking to the wrong people. I text Brad at 3.24pm, he called me at 3.25pm, we were at the dealership at 3.50pm (they close at 4pm) and we left at 4.50pm that day with the sale locked in. Natalia was fantastic in her delivery and explanation of the finances. She made everything so simple and crystal clear. Just another great experience of the whole process. I am a firm believer that relationships in business are absolutely paramount. Brad and his team could not have made a better 1st impression. There is a reason that these guys do not advertise or have radio jingles....they simply don't need to. They listened, took into consideration everything we were asking and most importantly cared. His friendly, personal, efficient and no pressure interaction with us made our experience very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about Ram trucks and answered all our questions. Brad McDonald provided us with a price that was fair and he threw in some extras that we were very pleased about and thankful for. Natalia in financing was a breath of fresh air and explained everything about our vehicle pricing, warranties available and was able to answer any questions that we had with regards to future service on our truck. Natalia really knows her stuff and answered all questions we had about our purchase. We also met Ryan in financing who was also very informative. Once we had keys in hand Christina went through the vehicle with us and provided us with all the information we needed to feel comfortable in our new truck. Christina was also very personable and knowledgeable and added to the buying experience. We had no hesitation to buy a used truck at Leduc Chrysler, based on our previous experiences with this dealership and was further reassured at the inspections on this truck, the ability to have extended warranty and of the course the quality and excellent shape of this truck that they had on their lot. The stock selection was far superior to most other dealers in the area. The process of selecting and purchasing a new vehicle was as easy as possible.
