I've lived in Leduc since 1983, and have watched it turn from small town to buzzing metropolis. Now raising a family in this community, I believe more than ever in shopping local, and supporting local businesses wherever possible. I'm passionate about our community, our product, and helping people. Knowing most of our clients on first name basis is a privilege we enjoy daily. Having little to no turn over of my service staff, you are greeted by the same faces when you come in for service. We have a group of service technicians I'm extremely proud of. Long term, and highly trained. Some have been with us as long as 30 years!! Regardless of where you bought you vehicle, or what you require, I can help you. Or at least give you some advice or direction in anything automotive related.

I have been buying new dodge rams from Leduc Chrysler last 13 years. All the Time been with them treated me fair. Even with this dodge Ram I bought from another dealership (will never do that again) Ledu last 13 years. All the Time been with them treated me fair. Even with this dodge Ram I bought from another dealership (will never do that again) Leduc has help me most from service management and service counter people. They will help over the phone if they can or get you in as soon as possible. Other dealerships need to learn from them or follow how to treat customers. More

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I spoke to their Sales Manager, Brad McDonald, almost 6 months ago and asked him to find me a very specific vehicle. Given the current stoc with. I spoke to their Sales Manager, Brad McDonald, almost 6 months ago and asked him to find me a very specific vehicle. Given the current stock levels of things since COVID I didn't expect much but 6 months down the road Brad found me the exact vehicle I was looking for! Features, model, color they got everything right. They were able to provide me accurate pictures and upon viewing the vehicle it lived up to their description. The price was more then reasonable and negotiations were a breeze. I felt no pressure to buy being here and when I did buy, I got a great value for my trade in. On the tail end of the sale Christina Randell and Andrew Stennett were awesome to deal with and finalized the sale quickly and easily. When a minor mechanical problem arose shortly after taking possession, the Service Manager Lonnie Artokivi was easy to deal with and had the vehicle in the shop within the week. The problem was fixed quickly! Overall these guys have been amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. A++++ More

Jeremy and the finance manager (forgot her name) were very attentive and happy people. However I think I should of trusted my gut first and gone a different direction.
