Outstanding service I was a first time car buyer and I was dreading the experience. However to my surprise, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. I I was a first time car buyer and I was dreading the experience. However to my surprise, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. I anticipated a car salesman that was pushy and that would try and sell my the most expensive car but I was fortunate to deal with Martin Menzies. Martin was not in the business of selling me on the most expensive and unrealistic vehicle. Martin worked with me and helped me choose the RIGHT vehicle for me. Martin was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and He was very efficient at that. He was available for me at anytime of the day. He was willing to come in on his day off because it worked for me. He was able to deliver my vehicle at my convenience. I have purchased a new vehicle and I would highly recommend Martin to anyone I know. I will continue to go back to Martin as long I require any vehicles. More

2018 Ford Escape This is our 3rd purchase from Erinwood Ford and my wife and I couldn't be happier about the awesome customer service from both salesman Martin Menzies This is our 3rd purchase from Erinwood Ford and my wife and I couldn't be happier about the awesome customer service from both salesman Martin Menzies, Finance Manager Carol Buckwald and the General Manager (I don't know his name) who took time out to come over and say hi to my wife. Erinwood treats you like you are the only customer, no sales hype no sales pitch. My wife and I are impressed that all new cars are kept in a small indoor garage all freshly washed, waxed and detailed. Martin, as busy as he was with appointments, never made us feel rushed. He took his time to explain all the questions my wife had. And this is why we drive 40 minutes to this dealership! Great work Erinwood! More

My 2008 model was an write -off from a recent accident and I just loved my 2008 Escape and knew that my next purchase would be an Escape again. So met with Dave and he found me the perfect Escape that met everything on my wish list and more. Mark is A-one!!!!! The morning of the day I was going to go car shopping, my boyfriend had me promise that I wouldn't sign anything before we went to a few dealerships. The morning of the day I was going to go car shopping, my boyfriend had me promise that I wouldn't sign anything before we went to a few dealerships. I reluctantly agreed. We met Mark at Erinwood, and all bets were off, he won us both over quite easily with his laid back and no pressure approach. He did everything in his power to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at a price that I could afford and he was genuinely happy for me and my new purchase. I have since had to go back a couple of times to sign paperwork due to computer glitches, and for my trouble, they rewarded me with a gas top up for my new Escape. Not only did I get a new car that day, or become a life long customer at Erinwood Ford, but I feel like I made a new friend. Thanks Mark!!! More
