Unprofessional Experience at Nissan south London
This review is about more than just a car — it’s about how we were treated by the manager, Amin, whose behavior drove us to walk away from a deal we were ready to make.
We went to this dealership after seeing a car listed on Kijiji. When we arrived, we were told it had just been sold for cash. Later, when we refused a more expensive vehicle, suddenly the original car was available again — clearly a bait tactic. But the real issue wasn’t the car — it was the manager’s complete disregard for us as customers.
Throughout our visit, he walked past us several times without a greeting, eye contact, or even an acknowledgment that we existed. We asked multiple times to speak to him, and were told “you deal with me, not the manager.” A manager should be present, professional, and involved — not hiding behind staff while customers are left in confusion.
He finally appeared only after we said we would leave a review, and by then, it was too late. The damage was done. He tried to shake hands as if everything was normal — but there was no apology, no ownership, and no explanation for the lack of respect.
We were ready to make a deal, even gave our Visa for a deposit, and let them test-drive our car for 15–20 minutes. But when a manager acts as if he’s too important to speak to people spending thousands of dollars at his business, it tells you everything you need to know.
A dealership is only as good as its leadership — and this manager failed. He made us feel invisible and unwelcome. We walked out not because of the price, but because of the lack of human decency.
To management: Train your staff to be honest, humble, and professional. A dealership is not just about selling cars — it’s about trust. And we lost all trust the moment we stepped in.
