Dear Infiniti Canada,
I would like to voice concern over how my family and I were treated at the Alta Inifinti location in Woodbridge, ON. We were very interested in purchasing an Infiniti Qx50, however after never driven an infinite car in the past nor knew much about the car itself, we were hoping to find help at the dealership. We test drove the vehicle and were impressed with the drive.
Unfortunately, we were introduced to Julie Gulati a sales representative there who was very rude to myself and my family. I came to the dealership with my husband and my 6 year old kids and I was taken aback and extremely offended by the way I was treated by her and her choice of language. We spent 10mins at her desk and she started to take a very abrasive tone with us. For instance, her comments were, "I don't want to waste my time with you and this xxxx, this is the price of the car you can take it or leave it." She then stood up and walked away to pretend to care for another matter of hers. She then returned to us and said, "I have many appointments today, I don't need this xxxx." As an adult, I can handle how people react, however when it comes to having children exposed to that kind of treatment, something needs to be done.
I was floored by this interaction and wonder if this was just a one off or how the Infiniti company deals with customers as a common sales tactic - pretending not to have time for customers then going so far as to use foul language in front of children. I hope this gets addressed.
