Worst service experience ever, with even poorer customer service. Sent my Jeep for re-keying and a simple oil change on a Tuesday. Was told it would be one day, or two. On Friday--three days later--I was told to come pick up Jeep. "Oops, we forgot the oil change." We will have it ready on Monday.
On Tuesday night, when I went to dealership to pick up Jeep, no one could find the work order or my keys. Half an hour later, the sales manager brought my keys and could not confirm the oil change had been done. He said pay the invoice now, and if the oil change was done, you can pay tomorrow by phone.
The next day, the dealership called and said "No, the oil change was not done, but we also screwed up your invoice and you owe us $400 more for the two (non-smart) basic keys (holy price gauging Batman!).
In short, they screwed up by not doing the oil change initially, the screwed up with the invoice, and they screwed up by keeping my Jeep a whole week and never doing the oil change despite three requests and confirmations.
I asked them what they would do to make me whole for being grossly inconvienced--thinking they may offer a free oil change or at least some modest contrition--but no. Not only did they not apologize, but the sales manager arrogantly proclaimed he did nothing wrong and the service department was not going to adjust the bill or do anything for me.
Just complete ignorance of basic tenets of customer service. I bought my Jeep there but will never ever do any business with this group again. They have no people skills and are clearly disorganized--not to mention how ridiculously over-priced they are.

Went to purchase a car they gave me a price for my trade in but that it wouldn’t be guaranteed when the car is ready because of market value. Then the sales person told me that if I wanted to guaranty then price I would have the give my trade in right away, so I made araingements to have a car while I waited to have the new car. 3 days later they tell me they won’t give me the price that they offered for the trade in ( they knocked of 2k). They gave a fake price that they would of never given me so I purchase the car. Very shady dealings.

I'm not sure how a dealership advertised "the certified Acura MDX" could have overlooked the car's alignment, tire balancing, and front and rear axle issues. I hired a professional mechanic to inspect the vehicle and discovered the problem, which cost more than $ 1600. I wouldn't want my enemy to have the same experience I did with Joliette Dodge Chrysler.
I've had the same experience as other reviewers: terrible customer service from the director. Take your money elsewhere if you speak English.

I went there to buy a car and my sales person called the sales manager to see what he could make me a better deal. Once he saw I only spoke English he said to my face in french : Je n'ai pas le temps pour du niaisage. Qu'il decriss.
I only asked for a 500$ off 18000$. I just stood there baffled. The girl who was helping me didn't know what to do, what to say so I went to another dealer and bought something completely different. I don't recommend this place.

On Dec 28, 2021 I brought my 2019 Grand Cherokee in because I got a check engine light on. They told me that my #6 piston was misfiring and that I need to change my ignition coil. So the following day I was there at 7:45am and we agreed the job would take 2 hours. (135 anchor plus the coil at 129$ = 399 plus tax.
I was there all day, only to witness the mechanic take apart my engine and NOT be able to fix my Jeeps issue. All day some sales rep tried selling me a new 2022 Jeep (such a turn off), finally at 3pm they tell me my Jeep is ready, I went for a test drive with the mechanic because I wanted to make sure it was not going to repeat the issues and sure enough all the issues came back
They brought the Jeep back in to look at and the mechanic was telling me that the issues might have something to do with my transfer case. Then they tried moving my Jeep and now it wouldn’t start, so they were even more confused.
Now the time was 6PM and most of everyone had gone home for the holidays and I’m sitting there with a Jeep that barley works (because they didn’t do anything to it) and I need to drive back to Toronto where I live.
So here’s the interesting part:
Service manger (a complete unprofessional) starts billing me for my time spent there and everything that was done above the agreement we had. Final invoice $1100. and as expected xxxx NO..! So we start discussing…After much back and fourth we get down to $762 and I’m told that the car is fixed and no more issues. I pay..like an idiot..!!!
10 mins into my drive home same issues reoccur..Get home and bring my Jeep to my dealer where I’m told I need new “rockers and lifters”, SO WHY DID BOULEVARD JEEP CHARGE ME FOR A COIL AND SPARK PLUG AND $762 to fix nothing of the issue..?
How does 1 dealer say one thing and another dealer say something completely different.?
I thank the lord that the mechanic left my changed parts in my Jeep because my dealer tested them on another Jeep and they were firing just fine.
I tried reaching out to them but of course since the invoice was paid, they wanted nothing to hear of this.
I EXPECTED MORE HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM but in the end I got an invoice and some spare parts.

Normally I found the service people to be very good. However, on two occasions - one where my lug nuts on the wheel came loose and once when the back tire came off and caused thousands in repairs (how does a wheel just fall off - unless it wasn't secured right) I wasn't happy. They tried to get me to claim this as an accident (and make my truck worth nothing as a trade-in to save them money I guess) but finally accepted it as not my fault and the "extended" warranty covered it. Imagine if I didn't have one. Mr. Grenier approved this and over-rode the service manager.

Was quoted on a price for a Ford Escape and later a price on warranty. Was later told that wouldn’t be possible and to take the car as is for the price. After speaking the the Ford dealership next door, was advices not only could I be be old a warranty through them but fm at kolbec decided not to. After talking to the sales agent for clarification he insisted that we should buy the car no warranty and be happy, needless to say we backed out of this deal after learning he lied about a dentist about to avoid addressing our concerns, should up to the dealership five minutes after getting a reply text about being away at the dentist. Guy is a joker , all I can say is his reviews speak for themselves.

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous.
En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue.
Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent...

Today, I went to have a recurring electrical problem with my less than 2 years Fiat 500. In the last 23 months we had 3 brake/indicating lights dying on us, which clearly indicate an electrical problem. After consulting them a previous time in the past, they completely ignored the problem exposed to them and they just changed the lightbulb, with a 40$ added bill for time. 40$ for 5 minutes of work! And not helpful at all with the problem. Although, I went back to complain and try to reason with them, they did not offer any compensation or seemed worried about the actual problem. Never will go there again and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

2 mauvaise expériences avec JD, la première l'achat d'un suzuki sx4 et nous avions donner un accompte pour un sx4 couleur blanc qui avait été réserver car il n'avait pas le modèle en stock mais aucun problème pour ce le procurer et mauvaise surprise une belle mentri, il avait été vendu par le concessionaire impossible d'en trouver un au Québec. J'en ai trouver un à longueil suzuki dans la meme journée, jai demander de me faire rembourser mon accompte j'ai eu tout les difficulter à la récupérer. Tout ça pour me convaicre de choisir un autre couleur. Ensuite hier j'ai été pour magasiner un jeep wrangler et peut etre leur donner une seconde chance et non j'ai jamais vue ça prendre leur client comme des cave. Il a essayer de me vendre un jeep demo au rpix plus elever qu'un neuf même que sont offre était plus élever que le prix afficher dans la fenêtre. Oubli de m'a viser que le gps n'était pas activer après achat de mon Jeep Cherokee neuf...ca m'a fais triste après signature du contrat,il me demandait $600.00 pour l'activer,je crois c'est une erreur du concessionnaire...et aurait dû avoir compensation.....merci. J'ai acheter avant un Jeep Cherokee 2015 et mon gps était fonctionnel....c'est pourquoi j'étais certain dans mon nouveau jeep il était activer....il a eu vraiment un manque d'information du concessionnaire...
P.s. J'ai toujours eu un excellent service avant.....

I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression.
I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full!
It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad.

George Raymond was our Sales person and Denis Delaquis the finance Manager. The sales experience was fun and informative and the Financing was easy to understand.
