I had brought my vehicle in for a recall as per GM Canada's recommendation. This recall had caused an issue after the service work was completed. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership to have this fixed. During this repair was provided with a courtesy vehicle. After a few days I discovered that this first repair was unsuccessful. So I had to bring vehicle back in for the same repair. I was helped by Don Dale, he was unaware of this issue as I was dealing with a different service staffer. On the spot I was provided with a loaner vehicle and booked in ASAP for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle they had completely detailed it, inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised. This had really made up for the initial disappointment in my overall experience.

"Never Thought A Car Repair Could Make Me Smile :)"

Everyone loves buying a new car and it’s easy street when you deal with a man of integrity like Chuck Erb. I’ve always felt the joy of all the extra add-ons with Susan Riddell and the vibrance of driving away in style. Since I’ve never experienced one glitch with any of my previous purchases at HMP I decided not to buy the extended warranty on my current vehicle and the joy of vehicle responsibility lost its glamour when that warning light lit. Let's be honest, it can happen to anyone and once it blinks it's hard to see beyond the concerning character of an engine light symbol. I’m exceptionally thankful to Jeff Heywood and Jim Dickins for being a team that understands the care it takes to lighten the stress of the unexpected. This is my two shouts out with a huge thank you for explaining every step before it was made and for getting me comfortably back into the joy of the driver’s seat. I think I love you HMP!

"110% satisfied!!!"

Totally blown away with the lever of service Jeff Heywood and his team offered me and my wife. Took our brand new 2018 GMC pickup in for it's 1st oil change at 8000 kms ( keep in mind this is a FREE one ) Went to pick it up when finished to find the truck had been washed, and clean inside from head to toe. I realize that a new truck with 8000 kms isn't that dirty but it sure was a nice surprise to get into a BRAND NEW TRUCK again. Best place to buy a vehicle hands down. Scott Campbell

"Multipoint Vehicle Inspection"

Very friendly from start to finish and thorough... found an issue I knew was there but not sure what it was,,, and when I decided not to do the repair needed (vehicle coming off the rod in a week) there was no pressure, no problem. Jack Thomas was the service advisor and was super friendly to talk with. All the staff are at HMP! Another job done well gang!

I recently was experiencing some service issues with my 2015 vehicle. I contacted Jeff and he took charge of the situation. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was being treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. Throughout the day, numerous staff members went out of their way to ensure that I was informed, comfortable, and satisfied. I was also pleased to learn that when everything was completed, I would walk out the door saving money on what I was initially quoted. That was a pleasant surprise and showed me that the dealership had my best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and professionalism I received. It has been my best service experience at any dealership to date. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.

"Going above and beyond "

I recently was considering an accessory upgrade on my vehicle I reached out to my salesman Peter Scrivens and he was able to assist me and took it upon himself to order the parts for my vehicle. Despite some hiccups with the supplier Peter monitored the progress throughout the period of time it took from ordering to arrival. It is people like Peter that make the experience at HMP worth it for the drive.
