As usual; not a disappointment! I have dealt with Cathy Gray my last three vehicles. She is sincerely the best person I know. HMP has been absolutely great to deal with from vehicle purchase through to m Gray my last three vehicles. She is sincerely the best person I know. We've been dealing with HMP for over 15 years first when we purchased a used suv than to purchasing our 2 new vehicles back in 2012. Just recently we made a new purchase in Aug for a new truck with an extre we purchased a used suv than to purchasing our 2 new vehicles back in 2012. Just recently we made a new purchase in Aug for a new truck with an extremely positive experience with HMP sales Rep Jarret Baker. From the beginning to the end of purchasing our pickup Jarret connected with no detail unexplained. We requested a time adjustment to pickup vehicle up earlier than we first arranged and Jarret jumped in to make sure it would be done. Jarret went over and above to make sure everything we asked for was finished. As well I want to thank Susan Ridell for her ongoing professionalism. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from HMP! Went above I had brought my vehicle in for a recall as per GM Canada's recommendation. This recall had caused an issue after the service work was completed. I ha I had brought my vehicle in for a recall as per GM Canada's recommendation. This recall had caused an issue after the service work was completed. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership to have this fixed. During this repair was provided with a courtesy vehicle. After a few days I discovered that this first repair was unsuccessful. So I had to bring vehicle back in for the same repair. I was helped by Don Dale, he was unaware of this issue as I was dealing with a different service staffer. On the spot I was provided with a loaner vehicle and booked in ASAP for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle they had completely detailed it, inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised. This had really made up for the initial disappointment in my overall experience. More
