I had brought my vehicle in for a recall as per GM Canada's recommendation. This recall had caused an issue after the service work was completed. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership to have this fixed. During this repair was provided with a courtesy vehicle. After a few days I discovered that this first repair was unsuccessful. So I had to bring vehicle back in for the same repair. I was helped by Don Dale, he was unaware of this issue as I was dealing with a different service staffer. On the spot I was provided with a loaner vehicle and booked in ASAP for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle they had completely detailed it, inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised. This had really made up for the initial disappointment in my overall experience.
