Poor Attitude I have been screwed around by this dealer on multiple occasions. I asked to be taken off their email and spam list on four different occasions and wa I have been screwed around by this dealer on multiple occasions. I asked to be taken off their email and spam list on four different occasions and was still receiving mailouts. The last straw was when they asked me for an email address so that they could tell me of any recalls on my Town and Country. I said that I do not want to be put on any email lists and they assured me that it was only going to be used for recalls. I reluctantly gave it to them and lo and behold, three weeks later the first of many spam emails arrived from Chrysler telling me about the latest deals. So much for an opt-out option. I booked a test drive for a 2017 Pacifica last year and had it arranged for a couple of weeks. Turn up on the day and they tell me it is booked already at another dealership. I live over an hours drive away from this dealer. I thought I would give them one more shot about three weeks ago when I enquired about the 2018 Pacifica. Went in to the dealership and was referred to a salesman next to reception. He couldn't take his eyes off his iPad and while still sitting down and looking at the screen wanted to know what Pacifica I wanted to look at. Couldn't even get off his xxx to greet a cash buyer. I have found this dealership to be disrespectful and arrogant to their clients and customers and I do not recommend to anyone. I would avoid like the plague. More

Over the year we looked at many vehicles and did test driving etc..etc..etc...Narrowed it down to 3 vehicles!!! Shannon was our Specialist!! Treating us to a quality in sales we have not seen in a long time. Attention to words, detail and of course our price range, we brought home a beautiful Jeep Cherokee North. Honest Salesperson Geoff was upfront and honest. Upon calling about a vehicle found on the internet Geoff told me it wasn't available but one was coming in from Montreal Geoff was upfront and honest. Regardless, when the door on the ramp side would not close, the service team all pitched in to ensure it would be safe for me to drive across the city to be serviced by the business responsible for the conversion. Special thanks to Brent and Dave and to the "angel" mechanic who took the time while off duty to figure out how to close the door. This was a real crisis and instead of taking advantage , as some businesses may, all worked together and never even charged me. Thanks Capital Dodge, you are 5 star across the board ! More

Could be better Bought a new car there and honestly the dealership is average. So many people walked right by us and never even acknowledged us. The parts guy didn't even make eye contact or say hi and just went straight to going over the paperwork. The only redeeming factors was that we had a great sales person (Shannon). She was professional and was willing to go over all of the features of the vehicle, answer all questions, and help transfer plates etc. Shannon was excellent. We also received very friendly and knowledgeable service in the service department and particularly Ryan went above, like Shannon, to make sure we were settled in. More

Very Poor Customer Service My daughter and I made an appointment to see a new Chrysler 200 LX which would be utilized by her to attend university. The appointment was confirmed and actually 2 vehicles of the same value and options were confirmed on the phone by Capital Dodge representative as being on the lot. Upon arrival at the set time the vehicle(s) could not be located on the lot and I was advised by the salesman "perhaps one of the Managers wife(s) took them for the weekend". The salesman showed us another vehicle which had empty drink cans in it and was deemed not acceptable. After other vehicle showings, I did purchase a vehicle to my dismay. After the financial arrangements were made a date of acceptance was of the vehicle was completed in accordance with the salesman schedule. On the date we picked up the vehicle we were handed the keys in the lobby with the salesman then walking away. This is the first time I ever purchased a new vehicle and the salesman did not walk us through the functions of the vehicle, ensure it was cleaned, wish us good luck or anything. This was my daughters first new vehicle and a great disappointment to see the lack of effort of the dealership to acknowledge this major purchase of her life. After finding the vehicle on the lot and starting it there was just enough gas to make it to a gas station. Very poor customer service. After making the sale and getting their money this dealership has no further use for the customer. Will never go back, beware everyone!! More
