John, the salesman, was for the most part, very helpful and informative. He definitely has the "hard sell" approach, but ultimately very fair and flexible. The problems I experienced, however, were with the financing end of the deal. We were turned over to Robert. Our application for financing was not successful and Robert's replies to my emails and the info provided was bordering on rude and non-informative or helpful. A couple of weeks after this distasteful experience, I emailed Robert with some additional info. He did not even reply. I guess we were no longer considered a potential "sale" since our credit application was initially turned down. No follow-up, zip. This dealership has definite problems in the credit dept. with customer service. Not recommended. More

The worst customer service we have ever experienced, in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. No attention to detail, given inaccurate information on the truck we bought and the warranty we purchased, puschased 40 years of purchasing vehicles. No attention to detail, given inaccurate information on the truck we bought and the warranty we purchased, puschased paint protection not done, lack of communication between service and sales, e.g. we were called by service that our vehicle was ready to pick up, when we had already picked up the truck, we were asked to accept delivery on Friday evening, and the truck was not ready. Truck tailgate did not lock, new tonneau cover was damaged , no help from sales or service re. being shown how everything operated and on & on. Buck passing, bad languange being used on the sales floor, brusque receptionist. Don't bother with this lot. More

Overall This dealership was excellent. They were fair and gave us a great deal on our new Jeep. We were thinking of buying used but with such a good price for a new vehicle we couldn't justify not buying new gave us a great deal on our new Jeep.
