One downside, although the appointment for snow tire installation was made a couple of weeks in advance the tires were not at the dealership when I arrived resulting in an extended visit. More

We LOVE Lexus of London!!! Top notch product, top notch service, top notch people. We needed to purchase a new vehicle rather unexpectedly, and while we were at Lexus of London to pick up our 2011 ES350 that was being serviced, we as We needed to purchase a new vehicle rather unexpectedly, and while we were at Lexus of London to pick up our 2011 ES350 that was being serviced, we asked to see a salesperson. Sue Vincent was assigned to us. She was terrific. She went with us as we test-drove a 2016 RX350 and a 2016 ES350, and then re-tested the RX. She explained everything, and pointed out the features of each vehicle. Sue was courteous, knowledgeable, not-pushy or impatient, cheerful, and friendly. When we took delivery of our new RX350, Sue spent quite a bit of time explaining all the impressive technology that comes with the Executive Package that we had purchased. She followed-up with phone calls and emails to see how we were doing with the new vehicle. Sue is like all the other people at Lexus of London: they are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to give us incredibly wonderful attention and service. We have been customers at Lexus of London since our first Lexus in 2007; but we've been with Toyotatown (same management) since 2001, when we got an Avalon that we traded-in on our new RX. We cannot see ourselves driving anything but a Lexus, or going anywhere else for service. More

My Husband,myself and two sons went shopping for a new vehicle, checking out several dealers. I was quite impressed with the service we received from the following Employees at LEXUS OF LONDON. From the time we entered the door, there were Stephanie to greet us. The first thing we were offered was a drink of water or coffee, and this goes for all the staff that we came in contact with. Customer Service at this dealership are above and beyond any other dealership we have visited. As a former Bank Employee, I strongly believed in offering excellent customer service and this is what the following staff did. We truly appreciate the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE we received. We are highly pleased with the excellent service they provided and their professionalism. After several visits,we had made a decision to go with LEXUS and made the purchase of our new 2016 SUV. We picked up the vehicle yesterday,did an excellent job explaining in detail the full operation of all the different features. We love our purchase more than ever now that we are sitting in it.
