Best experience in the purchase of a car ever in my life. I have been searching dealer web sites for a good used truck for many months. I came across the one I eventually bought and went to actually look at and test drive it etc. I could hardly believe the excellent condition it was in - almost like new even with 50K on it. Kudoos to this dealership for a very good job of getting the vehicle ready for sale. ( If only I could keep it this nice! ) Full details wrt the prior service and warranty work were provided forthwith and only helped make my decision to enter into a deal to buy. The negotiations in making the deal were without issue and I am now the owner of a new to me truck which I hope will serve me well in ensuing years. HMP are very nice people with which to do business something that was lacking in some previous car purchasing experience. More

Customer Service When we bought the first truck back in 2016, Dan Brannon was amazing, the service department was amazing when we decided to take the drive. This time When we bought the first truck back in 2016, Dan Brannon was amazing, the service department was amazing when we decided to take the drive. This time around, we went to see Dan to get some information. I am usually the type that has a 5 year loan, pays off the loan and drives the vehicle for a few years after without payments. We decided to drive out to Exeter to talk to Dan about a trade in and what all is involved. Dan’s customer service and commitment to detailed information is impeccable. There was no pressure, he advise there was equity in the truck. We crunched numbers and test drove a few trucks. On the way home, we decided that trading in the 2016 Colorado for a 2019 Colorado was in our best interests. We met with Dan again and he went over in detail all of the paperwork and we drove home in our new truck.
