Well, Charles Glen Toyota changed my entire opinion on dealerships. They are not all what you might expect - instead this Toyota dealership was my pleasure from start to finish. I felt very comfortable with all of the employees. I felt that I really trusted each of them the entire process of buying a vehicle. Continuing contentment with Charlesglen Toyota I just traded in my 13 year old Sienna. That car was purchased at Charlesglen back in 2004 by my husband and I, but I was the primary driver. It took our family on many trips and gave us great memories. My late husband believed in taking care of a vehicle and Charlesglen made the servicing easy for us and me. The service personnel and the shuttle drivers all go beyond good customer service to friendly, supportive and efficient attitudes. This time, my son joined me to choose a new vehicle and our experience continued to be great. From searching with Mike Loritz in Sales to Jim helping us with the new electronics and the staff in finance, the experience was top notch. Toyota vehicles are so familiar to Charlesglen staff, but still they dealt with our questions and needs with patience and focused on serving us with excellence. I am more than happy to think about the next journeys with my new Sienna and the confidence that I feel in Charlesglen helping me to care for it. More
