Val Parsons & Khal helped me lower my interest rate for my trade. I recommend buying from this dealership if you want to avoid the hassles of buying used cars. Although my car broke due to battery issues, my trade. I recommend buying from this dealership if you want to avoid the hassles of buying used cars. Although my car broke due to battery issues, all the expenses were reimbursed after it was fixed! Service department went an extra mile by doing a test drive with me addressing my concerns. In the end, the car was safe & fun to drive. Another full tank of gas for free & the car was delivered to my place. It was an awesome experience. More

I bought my 4Runner at Charlesglen back in 2006. It saw amazing travels with the family from taking the boys to hockey and hauling our trailer in Alberta and BC with our golden retriever. But then it was a sad time to part ways with the vehicle due to age. Charlesglen was there for my new vehicle. Val made the big move easy for me knowing there were huge ties to my 4Runner. I am now driving an Acura RDX which will continue with the family travels with my golden retriever. Thanks Val! And for the chocolate chip cookies. More

Very good experience with sales staff: Roxy was a lovely person to deal with (she saved my window sticker that I wanted and in fact laminated it for me) as was Garnett Lund in the finance/extended warranty person to deal with (she saved my window sticker that I wanted and in fact laminated it for me) as was Garnett Lund in the finance/extended warranty et.al. department he was very informative and I felt no pressure to take any of the extras. Can’t remember his name but the gentleman who went over the car with me was well informed and was able to ask all questions that I had…bought a plug in Prius so lots of new technology to absorb. Oh yea didn’t mention best member of team:Yoda the dealership comfort dog. Loved him soooo much. More

Above and beyond yet again, after waiting a long time to receive our new Tundra, (it was delayed due to many external factors) we finally have it.
