To describe my experience with Doug Keen in one word, It would be "phenomenal". Received delivery of my new 2022 Mustang Mach E two-weeks ago. This is the 6th vehicle I've gotten from Doug and I won't go to anyone else! I trust Doug implicitly . He always goes above and beyond; makes the process easy ... follows up and follows through regardless of when I reach-out (a rarity in today's world). With the Mach E he tracked the vehicle from beginning to end while keeping me informed every step of the way. The only thing he can't help me with is an evitable speedy ticket, but true to form has provided me with a few suggestions in that regard. I've recommended Doug without hesitation to family and friends, which in itself is something I rarely do because for me to recommend something or someone I feel accountable. Those that I have recommended have raved about their experiences too; albeit not surprised! Keep being yourself Doug ... it matters and is valued by all privileged to work with you! The Erinwood Team are also great; specifically Adam in Financing and Joe in Service. If you are looking for a vehicle... go to Doug! Promise you that you will not be disappointed. While it was tough to find a PHEV anywhere, Erinwood Ford truly went above and beyond. He's not just anyone who wants to sell you a car; he takes the time to know you as a person, naturally friendly and can bond with anyone over anything. Mike wants to make sure you're happy; before, during and after the sale. There's no need to oversell a feature you won't use, because Mike will know if you can actually expect to make the most of it being intimately familiar with what to expect from the vehicle you want to buy. I traveled further than I needed to from my home when I was looking to buy a car, but without hesitation I would gladly come back to this team when I'm next in the market. More

Super friendly staff as always, Martin is my guy who always takes care of me for anything I need. i bought my first car from Martin 7 years about and my 2nd almost 4 now, anything I need, he is always always takes care of me for anything I need. i bought my first car from Martin 7 years about and my 2nd almost 4 now, anything I need, he is always right there for me. Joe was also a big help, i got my oil change done and swapped my tires over for summer. I had a slow leak in one of them and called back the dealership and Joe took care of it at no extra cost.
