BEWARE do not service yo car here! Almost died on the road. I took my car in (recently serviced and in good comdition/no issues) for an oil change (July 2017) and Erinwood Ford did over $1000 of unauthorized wo I took my car in (recently serviced and in good comdition/no issues) for an oil change (July 2017) and Erinwood Ford did over $1000 of unauthorized work on MY car without asking for my permission bc they could not reach me at work within an 1.5h time span. Being forced to pay for this when I picked up my car for oil change despite my car no longer driving the same, strange sound and new leaks and many lights being on and then furthermore almost dying on the road bc of faulty workmanship as their mechanic said my car went into "limp" mode during my drive to work due to their negligent and faulty installation of a sensor. if you value honesty, safety and an ethical garage/service center-I highly recommend you-TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!. They do not value the legalities set forth within the consumer protection act of Ontario and most importantly are negligent towards customer safety/agency. Be safe. Have peace of mind. DONT RISK SAFETY HERE. i was offered very little compensation from Ford. No apology and no policy change so this wouldnt happen to another customer-they just dont care. More

Amazing service and exceptional care. Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. I called Dave Gratanie and he said this would be covered no pr Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. I called Dave Gratanie and he said this would be covered no problem. We decided that i should try a dealership closer to my home as i live an hour and a half from Erinwood Ford and it should only take about 15 minutes to fix me up. I first went to Shanahan Ford in Newmarket. What a waste of time that was. They really didn't care that my truck was running in the parking lot and i was concerned with shutting it off for fear of not getting it going. The service writer told me to go to Mcalpine Ford in Aurora. Although i felt they were nice to deal with they didn't have the key blank for the repair and they felt i should have to pay for the key. About $400.00. I spoke to Dave and the service team at Erinwood and what a great experience. They made time and took me right away and fixed everything no charge. Not only did they replace my key but they changed my oil' rotated my tires,and did a multi point inspection on my truck for free. The service writer actually kept mechanics back from lunch so they could get me out faster. What a breath of fresh air. So often people talk about trying to be number one. This team is number one for good reason. Thank you Dave and the service team for taking such great care of me. Rob Barrett More

Best dealership and salesperson period. Erinwood has the best prices out of all the Ford dealerships and the best selection of in stock units. This is what attracted me to Erinwood. I first came to Erinwood in 2016, to assist my twin sons with their first new car purchases, first in June 2016 (purchased a new 2016 Mustang V6 and then a new 2016 F150 in October 2016). Martin Menzies was the salesman who assisted us and his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness made their new car purchase experience a positive and memorable one that they'll never forget (they are still in contact with him on FB). I then came back in March 2017 and purchased a new 2017 Mustang convertible GT with the PP. I'm very demanding, and perhaps a little high maintenance, but Martin went over and above to make this journey a positive and memorable one as well. My sons have had their first maintenance services at Erinwood, and the service dept is outstanding as well. I will definitely be back when the wife is in the market for a new car, These guys definitely will not disappoint. Do yourself a favour and give Martin a call if you are looking for your next new or used car. More

The Best! Erinwood service is the best without a doubt, I won't take my car anywhere else for service. It's an '09 Escape purchased new in 2010 from Doug Keen (awesome sales experience!). Through the years I've always brought it back for all the regular maintenance and for the rare occasional problem. The entire service team are wonderful, knowledgeable and always working for the customer. I usually make my appointments with Joe or Gary, but have full confidence in the entire team. This service visit last week was for a small problem and once again they came through. They also always check the car over and recommend preventative maintenance if needed. I never hesitate to recommend Erinwood, as far as I'm concerned it's the only dealership I will use. More

Etta Coccia , Gary Banks, Joe Engel, tricked her into spending $350 without booking a service appointment, she was in there for an oil change only. I am contacting the president of Erin wood as well as senior management. The better business bureau will hear about how crooked the service department at Erin wood ford is WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE BACK HERE AND MY FAMILY HAS BOUGHT ALL OUR CARS FROM ERINWOOD FORD FOR THE LAST 20+ YEARS More
