Excellent easy to deal with. I went in to get the air bag recall done and it was an easy and satisfying experience. Etta Coccia did her best to expedite the repair in a very friendly way. I then saw Lukasz Dulny. He sold me a new F150. He did everything right that I would consider a sales person to do. No pressure and gave me many alternatives. He was most knowledeable and very professional. Pleased to do business with him and the others who made the transition very smooth. More

Best dealership and Service Center. I have been dealing with erinwood Ford for the past 3 years and I can honestly say I have nothing to complain about their service guys are always help I have been dealing with erinwood Ford for the past 3 years and I can honestly say I have nothing to complain about their service guys are always helpful and make sure that anyting that needs to be fixed is done quickly. Their salesman are always happy and ready to help you with any questions and are the most outgoing friendly people ever. I would highly recommend erinwood Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or lease a new vehicle. More

They treat you as a family member In 2007, I was shopping for new vehicle and went around the car dealerships in the city, I went shopping online as well where I came across George Hi In 2007, I was shopping for new vehicle and went around the car dealerships in the city, I went shopping online as well where I came across George Hill, we clicked like brothers on the spot, he look after my need as his own and introduced me to the sales person Doug Keen. I am impressed with how they take care of your money like their own. I have been with this dealership since 2007 and introduced my son to them. I just got my third vehicle in February same model but better than the previous two I used earlier. Over the years, I found the staff at the service center to be so friendly and helpful especially Etta Coccia. More

They will not help you. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke.When i finally made it home i had oil spill all over my driveway and had the truck towed for safety reasons.When i told Edda in the service department about this she told me it was not their problem.She said that came straight from the owner himself.SINCE THEN THE TRUCK HAS CONTINUED TO BE BACK AND FORTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES.On top of that it was again in for several other reasons.The customer service has gone down hill .So if you want to spend 90k on a truck that leaks oil all over the driveway and is a safety hazard to drive then Erinwood Ford is your place. More

Don't Trust Them! Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $170 Took my 2013 Ford Focus in for a Warranty Covered Transmission recall and was informed that my no obvious concerns car was desperately in need of $1700 in repairs. Warranty work did need to be done (also tech said 5 others he saw that day needed to be done too and they would book me in next wk). I refused the EXTRA repairs and took it to a local mechanic who found one major issue. He said it is VERY UNCOMMON for that part to go naturally on a car this age (Gasket appeared to be torn). Total repair cost including oil change $400. Called Ford to complain and they told me to take it back to them and say these exact words "Ford Canada has instructed me to tell you that I am here for Warranty Work ONLY". If I ever have to go back to this dealership for warranty work I will take it to another mechanic first for a once over. More

What Ford Canada refused to do, Erinwood Ford came through!! I was an owner of a 2015 Ford Focus..that was having a lot of.problems. My last service on the Focus was handled by Etta. I have to commend Etta on he I was an owner of a 2015 Ford Focus..that was having a lot of.problems. My last service on the Focus was handled by Etta. I have to commend Etta on her amazing service! She was thorough, professional, and extremely nice and helpful! She had me out of service in like 5-10m! Immediately i had a man from Enterprise drive me and put me in a rental car! Unfortunately, the service ended up going for like 9 days. As they were doing work, leaks seemed to keep creeping up. Etta made sure to keep my rental going until they could confirm the Focus was OK to drive. When it was finally released, i was pleased with all the help i got from Etta and Erinwood Ford Service, but i was at my end. The Focus had been in service so many times (I'd say at LEAST 12+ in less than 2 years) that the guys at Enterprise knew me by first name! I called and spoke with Ford Canada Customer Service Regional Manager; and was basically told sorry; but we can't help you with your Focus at all..maybe do a trade in (by Oct 2/17, so hurry) and you can get $1K--Ford Canada won't do anything else. It blew my mind that Ford Canada could really give a xxxx about my experience..or business! Thats when Martin Menzies stepped in. He'd been hearing from me about all the issues I'd had with the Focus and with Ford Canada blowing me off; and his ability to fight for his customers and go that extra mile kicked into overdrive! We spoke; and he told me to hang on. He got off the phone with me, and went into the office of Erinwood Ford management (involving Brad and George). He pushed that Erinwood Ford couldn't let a customer like me fall by the wayside. Even with the issues i had, i was still remaining loyal to Ford, and that Erinwood Ford HAD to do something to help me out! Martin pushed Erinwood Ford to work out an AMAZING deal to take me out of the mechanically inept (and transmission challenged) Ford Focus, and into a 2018 Ford Fusion S! It took a lot of arguing, massaging and negotiations; but Martin was able to make it happen! I thanked Martin profusely; but he told me that he wasn't alone. He got a LOT of help from Adam in finance. Adam worked hard behind the scenes, making sure that the deal worked for me. He even made sure that what was owed to me through my service plan on the Focus was transferred as a credit onto my Fusion S! I'm now driving my Fusion, and it drives like a smooth dream! In spite of Ford Canada and their customer service regional manager essentially giving my the apologetic middle finger; Erinwood Ford and their staff went above and beyond to help get something done. I have to give many thanks to Etta in Service, Brad and George repping management..and huge thanks to Adam in Finance, who helped work this deal through to the best of his ability with helping me always in his sights. My greatest thanks goes out to Martin Menzies. Without him pushing for me, when it seemed like no one else in Ford gave a xxxx, i dont know where I'd be right now..not driving a Fusion, that's for sure! Martin worked his tail off for me! He is the epitome of customer service with a smile..pushing substance up a few notches! He pushed and pushed, and pushed more, working over everybody to make sure i got the best deal he could possibly get me! He is the largest reason why i haven't bolted to another car manufacturer. He is an amazing asset that Erinwood Ford must strive to maintain. His service is high quality; and he maintains it well. He os also the reason I'll be coming back when my wife needs a new car! More
