Josh was very knowledgeable on the truck line, and made an effort to listen to my needs (unlike both Toyota dealerships I visited, where I was clearly just pawned off on a “duty” salesman, who knew very little about the truck lineup or features). There was a minor hiccup with delivery of my truck, but Josh sorted it out quickly. More

Andreanne Budd is one of the most knowledgeable Fiat sales people we have ever met...Having owned 2 Fiats already, it was refreshing to chat with her. Excellent customer service, personable, and honest! Just a pleasure to deal with. Ken Murdoch was excellent to deal with too...not pushing maintenance plans but rather explaining the pros and cons of the investment. And finally Brian in parts...another informative and genuine individual. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of working with Andreanne to find a vehicle of which we narrowed down to a couple of Jeeps. Took some test drives and my time to evaluate and then it was time to talk business. During this process, at no point did I feel any pressure. Andreanne's goal was not to sell me something but to make me a happy customer. She was very pleasant and professional and made this an enjoyable experience. I was not planning to make a purchase on that day but I did end up purchasing a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Altitude) which I am very happy with. More
