I normally would not write a review however, after my experience with Asif and Sean in the Service/Parts Department, made me want to take the time to express my many thanks and what a great job they’re doing! Exceptional customer service with these two guys!

Just bought our first PHEV, a 2018 Outlander, and loved the no-pressure owner-sales team. Plus, we got almost $9000 off in Ontario grant and trade-in. This SUV is all my wife and I hoped for - spacious, smooth ride, sips gas. We just drove it from Kingston to Toronto-Markham-Toronto and back to Kingston on 78 cents worth of electricity and a little over 32 litres of regular gas. Congratulations, Mitsubishi.
very poor . the work was sub standard - larry
took my van in to be cleaned by thier detail department. Took almost twice as lo g as thet said it would. The van came back t.nir clean in fact wi sows were worse than when it went in. Call the service desk and was told that was the best do. Asked to talk to service manager and strangely he agreed , that was a good as they do. Wow this really set me back. But he did offer to reclean the windows if i drove all thw way back Will most likely never go back and will ensure i relay this info to anyone who asks

set a price online to buy a outland......told him about the weekend sale no taxes online 1000 coupun, thus bringing the suv down to 22500 agreed to 22000 tax in ...came in to the shop then he checke the price told me it was wrong told me he had no sale on the weekend.....price was 40000 more amazing he did not know his pricing he did not know he di not have a sale over the weekene duntil i came in.........lost my bussinees and any bodyelse that will hear my calls of liers.
The bifg thing was come in take a test drive get hooked so we can get our price.
To me liers.....made me drive from kanata thinking i had a price.

I purchased a brand new car 2018-07-21. Noticed it had a few minor scratch marks when I got home. Was given an OEM paint pen (by Jacob Askin - Business Manager) the next day and told to fix it because I didn't mention it on their lot while I was picking up my brand spanking new 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage (REALLY!!! there should not have been a mark on a brand new car that they just finished detailing). A couple months later a audio component went in my car. I was told on 2018-10-19 that it would be replaced under warranty and told I would have to sing for a couple weeks by the parts guy. It is now 2019-02-02 and the part has not been replaced. If anyone has issues check out OMVIC, they may be able to help you out with your rights. I have a friend who works for another dealership and he said it's the poorest customer service he had ever hear of.
2018 PHEV Already w/ Issues, Service Dept orders wrong part - Ivansandoval
We came in from Burlington. After an hour and a half waiting - and taking time off work - the service manager informs us that they ordered the wrong part - duh?
My wife's 2018 PHEV is not kicking into EV mode and we've only had it 6 months. And forget about using their app - doesn't work, unbelievable.
I email the GM to get an answer - ignored. What a joke Mitsubishi is, so amateur. Stick with the big guys like Mohawk Ford - real dealerships, better technology, solid cars, better service.

The representative who helped pick the vehicle was helpful, I had issues with this dealership after the purchase. I noticed for instance that the manual was missing, I call to inquire about getting a replacement one. After repeated attempts to reach someone (2-3weeks) the receptionist finally. put me through to the manager. He was very aggressive over the phone and did not offer to help me with this issue. I had to contact Mitsubishi online to get a resolution and again only after repeated requests.
The manager finally called me to tell me there's a copy of the manual available to pick up, when I went there, I had to walk into his office to get it and even then he wouldn't stop arguing with me. I am now using a another dealership for servicing my car (Dixie Mitsubishi) and there is a big difference in the quality of service.

Went in for a oil change. I was early by 10 min. They took 2 1/2 hours to do it. And then they tell me that they put in the WRONG OIL. .I had to wait again for my car. I had been going there for 4 years for maintenance of my car. And they don't no what kind of oil I use. The new owners are just as bad as the other one. Thank God RJ is gone

The service department is rude and unhelpful. I tried to take my 2014 outlander in for a recall due to safety issues and they were trying to play pass the buck, they told me they couldn't even look at it for over a week. I live in a small town and know there's no way they're that busy even if they had a 50% off sale. Very dissatisfied. Would definitely not recommend this dealership
what should have been a happy moment ended in dissapointmen - unhappy customer
Asked for my old plates to be transferred to my new car as it has sentimental value to me but because it was dirty they tried to convince me to get a new one. I tried to explain why I didn't want a new one but they didn't respect my wishes. After signing the plate portion they had the plates deemed destroyed and got me new plates stating that I must have done that part myself but the date the ministry have me was the day I gave them the plates and signed the contract. On top of that then they made me pay for the item that I didn't even want in the first place. And made side comments about putting the old dirty plates on my wall if they meant that much to me. The worst part of the whole experience was that I received financing through TD which they claimed offered a credit building service so although I had to sign with a high interest rate now that after one year of consecutive payments and no problems TD promises to lower the rate... When I spoke with the representative at TD he said I was the second person to call and inquire about that in the same week and that there was no such thing. However I have already signed the contract and am stuck with what's in it... When you end up paying 47k for a car you should get what you asked for especially when it doesn't cost them extra... At 39 years old and after driving 8 different cars it's insulting to have someone tell you what you want.... On the way out the door one of the service guys mentioned I picked a good car suitable for me because it's nice and simple... Thanks nothing like ending your day 47k in the hole , disappointed and insulted...
