purchased my 2012 outlander from brampton mitsubishi and i have been very satisfied with the service and interaction with various service people. paul the service manager has been very helpful and co operative when doing service on my vehicle. the service staff is always willing to help and they do the work in exactly the time specified. Alicia has been really cheerful and always helps with you questions and responds quickly to your inquiries. would i recommend this dealership? absolutely. without exaggeration, this is the best vehicle i have ever owned. that being said there has been routine repairs but with proper maitenance and service at this dealership, my outlander with 185000kms is running perfectly. friendly staff and great service, does it get any better than that?

I purchased my first hybrid, a PHEV Outlander, from Sam (Naseem), with the very steady and polite assistance of Eli, the individual responsible for securing financing and an extended warranty.
Sam knows his vehicles inside and out and provided excellent training, although in two parts, mainly due to time constraints on the actual purchase day. Eli and Sam were very accommodating to my wife and me as she was delayed in coming until 5:30 PM due to work commitments; they both made it work.
I was pleased to receive the news that the windshield had to be replaced due to a chip in the glass and to pass the safety test, although no doubt a somewhat unwelcome development financially for the dealership. I was a little surprized to receive the car with 80% of the gas tank full, given that I had paid an additional amount to cover the cost of filling the tank .. I am hoping the dealership will make it up to me in a deal on servicing, should I decide to stick with them to do all or a good portion of the maintenance, versus bringing it to the local dealership less than 2 kms from my house.
Sam is very experienced which came through in colours from the first time I spoke to him on the phone and has a great/dry sense of humour which I enjoyed. Eli was extremely courteous and frequently addressed me as "Sir", which, although I didn't need him to do so, was also greatly appreciated and endearing.
Lastly, Mike Pearson, Sales Manager, was also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with and appears to be a great addition to the Bank Street team.
I would recommend this dealership to friends looking for a solid vehicle, good advice and courteous service.

The best Mitsubishi dealership I have ever dealt with. They did diagnostics of my transmission within 4 hours and replaced it under warranty within 2 business days. Meanwhile the Yonge North Mitsubishi in Richmond Hill was holding my car for almost 10 days and didn't even do the third part of what guys from Barrie did during 4 hours. I am very happy I took my car away from those scammers in Richmond Hill (they wanted to charge me almost $500 for the job they've never done) and brought it to Barrie, where honest guys do real job. Many thanks to Scott and Rob, you guys made me believe that honesty and fairness exist and made my trip back to New Brunswick safe and sound!

Just bought our first PHEV, a 2018 Outlander, and loved the no-pressure owner-sales team. Plus, we got almost $9000 off in Ontario grant and trade-in. This SUV is all my wife and I hoped for - spacious, smooth ride, sips gas. We just drove it from Kingston to Toronto-Markham-Toronto and back to Kingston on 78 cents worth of electricity and a little over 32 litres of regular gas. Congratulations, Mitsubishi.

We were fortunate to run into Nav as our sales person after we walked in looking for details on a new Outlander GT. No pushy sales tactics, just straightforward informative dialogue, then cut to the best deal with incentives/rebates. I believe he's usually in the finance end of things, but given the COVID situation, he worked with us. We highly recommend dealing with Nav and his team. Dealing with the service dept. will be our next test and will update DealerRater accordingly.

Can't be trusted. I got them to do some brake work when the car needed a recall, for convieniance. They made a mess of the installation which my mechanic needed to clean up. They also insisted I had to replace e-brake cables, which would have been costly. They just needed an adjustment. I will only go back to them for recalls and warrenty work, but even then would be nervous about them touching my car.

I am writing this note to share a very negative interaction I have had with the service manager at Mitsubishi London in the afternoon of April 26, 2021.
In the course of picking up my RVR car following a winter tire swap, I informed the manager that I have been waiting outside next to my car for a while, and no one called me. And that I have been wondering about the tent, which an agent has advised me on Friday that would be available for customers.
The manager appeared annoyed and indifferent to my frustration. He essentially said something to the effect that they couldn't bring out the tent today, and nothing could be done about the situation.
I exclaimed, "why are customers taken for granted? He abruptly said, "I am done" and went on to shut the door in my face.
What gives him the right to shut the door in my face?
Would he ever behave in this manner with a middle-aged white man? I believe this individual does not have a centella of respect towards someone like myself.
I have shred this with another manager named Jessie Fischer who ignored my message for a few days. When I demanded a response, he sent me a meaningless apology minimizing my serious concerns, and never answering my questions.
This note expresses my deep dissatisfaction with the insulting behavior of this service manager at Mitsubishi London; it is meant to principally document my utter objection to the mistreatment I have received yesterday afternoon from him.

Have been a customer here for many years, recently bought another brand new top of the line 2020 RVR GT trim. I can’t believe the way they do things here. Dishonest and straight up lied to their customers. Farahaz Asmal is the worst sales person I have dealt with. He make fake promises to close the deal. Promised Yokohama 18” winter tires, when I picked up my vehicle I realized it’s 16” and the brand was different. Farahaz also claimed that the winter package does not include rims and tpms sensor and asked us to pay extra for it. Jackie the sales consultant told us everything is included and that we will get what they promised and no need to write all the details down other than winter tire package. Can’t trust these people. They also tried to up sell tinted window for $600+ when it is already included in this trim from the manufacturer. Reaching out to Al Hashimy the general sales manager was also not pleasant. He basically said we got the winter tires thrown in and didn’t pay for it and that they could give us whatever they feel like. Then tried to make excuses for Farahaz saying that’s not he promised. Do you really think we came in to buy a $40000 vehicle to con your dealership over couple hundred dollars? It’s the principal and shows how they value their customers and basically they are con artist that can’t be trusted. They are also willing to sever the relationship with a long term customer and gives up many years of future business opportunities servicing my 2 Vehicles.
I hope the owner would read this, honesty is very important for business, the way your sales persons treat customers shows that all they care about is themselves and get more numbers. If this is how they represent your business it's tough to have customers that are willing to come back.
Even though I knew he lied about the sensor and other things, I was willing to pay more, I know business is tough and you have to profit. But coming to an agreement then bait and switch is just wrong.

The representative who helped pick the vehicle was helpful, I had issues with this dealership after the purchase. I noticed for instance that the manual was missing, I call to inquire about getting a replacement one. After repeated attempts to reach someone (2-3weeks) the receptionist finally. put me through to the manager. He was very aggressive over the phone and did not offer to help me with this issue. I had to contact Mitsubishi online to get a resolution and again only after repeated requests.
The manager finally called me to tell me there's a copy of the manual available to pick up, when I went there, I had to walk into his office to get it and even then he wouldn't stop arguing with me. I am now using a another dealership for servicing my car (Dixie Mitsubishi) and there is a big difference in the quality of service.

Asked for my old plates to be transferred to my new car as it has sentimental value to me but because it was dirty they tried to convince me to get a new one. I tried to explain why I didn't want a new one but they didn't respect my wishes. After signing the plate portion they had the plates deemed destroyed and got me new plates stating that I must have done that part myself but the date the ministry have me was the day I gave them the plates and signed the contract. On top of that then they made me pay for the item that I didn't even want in the first place. And made side comments about putting the old dirty plates on my wall if they meant that much to me. The worst part of the whole experience was that I received financing through TD which they claimed offered a credit building service so although I had to sign with a high interest rate now that after one year of consecutive payments and no problems TD promises to lower the rate... When I spoke with the representative at TD he said I was the second person to call and inquire about that in the same week and that there was no such thing. However I have already signed the contract and am stuck with what's in it... When you end up paying 47k for a car you should get what you asked for especially when it doesn't cost them extra... At 39 years old and after driving 8 different cars it's insulting to have someone tell you what you want.... On the way out the door one of the service guys mentioned I picked a good car suitable for me because it's nice and simple... Thanks nothing like ending your day 47k in the hole , disappointed and insulted...

The service department is rude and unhelpful. I tried to take my 2014 outlander in for a recall due to safety issues and they were trying to play pass the buck, they told me they couldn't even look at it for over a week. I live in a small town and know there's no way they're that busy even if they had a 50% off sale. Very dissatisfied. Would definitely not recommend this dealership

Took our car in for a recall service. Was told it also needed work done on front struts. They kept the car for 8 months, due to "part being on order" Yes they gave us a garishly painted loaner, but over the whole time they failed keep us updated on what was happening and when it was finally fixed the bill was $1000.00 more than estimated (by them). Had to argue to get a "discount" and was made to feel like a penny pincher. Really awful awful service. There are plenty of other dealers and all are better. Went to Newmarket Mitsu and was treated much better. I also dealt with RJ who was the best of a bad lot.

Very poor service, I went for service my 2019 outlander they did service also did oil change but they didn’t tighten my oil drain plug so oil was leaking . Then I went to dealer an d talk to the service manger ( Robert ) he was rude to me & ask me to come back next week. He said it would be my fault if my engine damage driving with the oil leaks.
