Amazing people! I have got a very good deal! I am very happy with the purchase I made at Dixie Mitsubishi. My wife and I were looking for an SUV that suits our family needs (spacious car that fits our budget and comes with some specific accessories). After reviewing couple options we have purchased a Pathfinder with some great features. The staff at the dealerships are dedicated, polite and professional. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an amazing car!

Just bought our first PHEV, a 2018 Outlander, and loved the no-pressure owner-sales team. Plus, we got almost $9000 off in Ontario grant and trade-in. This SUV is all my wife and I hoped for - spacious, smooth ride, sips gas. We just drove it from Kingston to Toronto-Markham-Toronto and back to Kingston on 78 cents worth of electricity and a little over 32 litres of regular gas. Congratulations, Mitsubishi.

under previous management I was ready to take my car to another place for regular check-ups. Since new ownership I find service department very accommodating. Now it is a pleasure to deal with the professionals, instead of money grabbing amateurs.

We signed an incomplete contract such basic things like color trim features were still yet to be decided anyway they pushed a generic sales contract without the details signed got us to sign it without going over details when we decided not to go through with it and want to keep our deposit its called a deposit for a reason, they being their sales manager threatened legal action, i was very surprised looks like this place is an independent dealer very shady we are still in negotiations so we cannot speak about the details but definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone not with this behaviour make sure you 100% sure before signing anything with these folks. You have been warned.

I had a purchase agreement on a new Mitsubishi Mirage - a cheap vehicle for sure - so I would have the vehicle for when I began a new job 10 days later. Every employee involved in the sale knew that having the vehicle was a requirement for work. After ignoring my calls for a week, they tell me they can't get the car for two weeks to a month leaving me no time to find a vehicle before my job begins. By talking to three different employees who all gave different versions of what the problem was, the only truth I learned was that they all knew I wouldn't have the vehicle by the time I started work the next working day and nobody was decent enough to inform me. Needless to say that I did not buy a car off them and nobody I know will ever purchase a vehicle from Dilawri and I will go on sharing my story to everyone that will listen. The Dilawri sales team I dealt with at Mitsubishi has no respect, courtesy, decency, integrity, or credibility.

I had my endeavor towed in due to not starting.after app. 1full day I'm told that my auto. Start was shorting out and it would cost 1100 dollars plus tax and they would not guarantee that that would fix the problem.when I said forget doing any work on it and I would pick it up they presented me with a bill over 400 dollars to scope it.when I questioned the cost I was told they had to scope the car three times at a cost of 120 dollars a scope.when I complained they took.60 dollars off the bill.i was so upset I traded my Mitsubishi in for a Ford.i will never buy a Mitsubishi ever again.they don't have a mechanic that is worth his weight in xxxx.nothing but shoemakers trying to be mechanics

Got an alignment here, not long after I noticed my car drifting to the left while driving. Was told by service rep Amber bring it in we will look at it, it would be free. After I get the car checked out they try to charge me $66. Even speaking with the service manager they still charged me for looking at the car. Stay clear of this dealership..

Awful customer service and a huge rip-off, Mountain Dealership should not be in business! Starting with the manager (DOUG) to salespeople like (KEVIN, KITON or MICHAEL) are all in just for the sale.
Please make your choices carefully when choosing a dealer and avoid the dealership on 1670 Upper James St in Hamilton, ON. All COMPLAINTS should be brought up to higher levels in order for legal actions to be taken.

took my van in to be cleaned by thier detail department. Took almost twice as lo g as thet said it would. The van came back t.nir clean in fact wi sows were worse than when it went in. Call the service desk and was told that was the best do. Asked to talk to service manager and strangely he agreed , that was a good as they do. Wow this really set me back. But he did offer to reclean the windows if i drove all thw way back Will most likely never go back and will ensure i relay this info to anyone who asks

Took our car in for a recall service. Was told it also needed work done on front struts. They kept the car for 8 months, due to "part being on order" Yes they gave us a garishly painted loaner, but over the whole time they failed keep us updated on what was happening and when it was finally fixed the bill was $1000.00 more than estimated (by them). Had to argue to get a "discount" and was made to feel like a penny pincher. Really awful awful service. There are plenty of other dealers and all are better. Went to Newmarket Mitsu and was treated much better. I also dealt with RJ who was the best of a bad lot.

The service department is rude and unhelpful. I tried to take my 2014 outlander in for a recall due to safety issues and they were trying to play pass the buck, they told me they couldn't even look at it for over a week. I live in a small town and know there's no way they're that busy even if they had a 50% off sale. Very dissatisfied. Would definitely not recommend this dealership

Took delivery of a new 2017 Outlander GTS AWC (our 3rd Mitsubishi) and can't say enough positives about the entire sales process...from dealing with salesperson, financing and the service walk through. The representative who helped pick the vehicle was helpful, I had issues with this dealership after the purchase. I noticed for instance that the manual was missing, I call to inquire about getting a replacement one. After repeated attempts to reach someone (2-3weeks) the receptionist finally. put me through to the manager. He was very aggressive over the phone and did not offer to help me with this issue. I had to contact Mitsubishi online to get a resolution and again only after repeated requests.
The manager finally called me to tell me there's a copy of the manual available to pick up, when I went there, I had to walk into his office to get it and even then he wouldn't stop arguing with me. I am now using a another dealership for servicing my car (Dixie Mitsubishi) and there is a big difference in the quality of service.

Asked for my old plates to be transferred to my new car as it has sentimental value to me but because it was dirty they tried to convince me to get a new one. I tried to explain why I didn't want a new one but they didn't respect my wishes. After signing the plate portion they had the plates deemed destroyed and got me new plates stating that I must have done that part myself but the date the ministry have me was the day I gave them the plates and signed the contract. On top of that then they made me pay for the item that I didn't even want in the first place. And made side comments about putting the old dirty plates on my wall if they meant that much to me. The worst part of the whole experience was that I received financing through TD which they claimed offered a credit building service so although I had to sign with a high interest rate now that after one year of consecutive payments and no problems TD promises to lower the rate... When I spoke with the representative at TD he said I was the second person to call and inquire about that in the same week and that there was no such thing. However I have already signed the contract and am stuck with what's in it... When you end up paying 47k for a car you should get what you asked for especially when it doesn't cost them extra... At 39 years old and after driving 8 different cars it's insulting to have someone tell you what you want.... On the way out the door one of the service guys mentioned I picked a good car suitable for me because it's nice and simple... Thanks nothing like ending your day 47k in the hole , disappointed and insulted...
