Well as most inquiries were only partially helpful I decided I was in no rush and I was determined to make this major purchase on my own comfortable terms. Well Bruno De Rose (customer service manager) from Peel Chrysler emailed me and basically stated to pick any vehicle from their vast inventory and he would confidently give me the best incentive to buy from Peel. So this is what I did and Bruno set me up with Sales Consultant Hash Mourad . Hash was top shelf and helped make my purchase seamless. We even communicated via text message when Hash was away from work. Hash was incredibly patient and saw to it that my needs were met on my terms and my time. We made a deal and I could not believe I bought a vehicle online. I must admit I was feeling a tiny bit apprehensive as I went in person to close the deal. My main contact Hash was not in as I traveled in from out of town. The sales experience was that GOOD. He was friendly, informative, helpful and fair throughout my purchasing experience. I had already been to two other dealerships before coming to PEEL and the salespeople at both gave me the impression that they couldn't care less if they sold a vehicle nor if I was interested in their product. In contrast, Dash was very engaging, and did all the little things that make you feel that he valued your time and your business. I never felt pressured, and he was very accessible throughout the decision making process. I ended up getting a great deal on a beautiful Durango with all the specs I was looking for. Thank you Dash! Terrible service and the worst financial advisors Our family moved to Canada in 2016, we start looking for cars at the beginning of 2018, we went to many brands (Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Suba Our family moved to Canada in 2016, we start looking for cars at the beginning of 2018, we went to many brands (Mazda, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Subaru), All of them had good service but we found that Cathy at Peel Chrysler was better (never trust first impressions), Long story short, we had issues with the finance manager BOND, he really is the worst representative a firm can have. he never wasn't clear about the total amount of the loan, the car cost $22.500 + tax +Interest. 2 months later a letter from the bank arrived telling me that my total loan is 35.000 + interest. I request more than 5 times a clarification of the situation and the answer was always the same. Find your information in the loan agreement (so far I have no Idea how to solve this issue) Now the car has 8000 km and guess what? The motor is consuming oil. Is not my first new car, probably I had 20 cars before this one, not even one of them consumed oil with 8000 km (that's not normal), I called service at Peel Chrysler, and the guy was extremely rude and told me that is my fault. Come on, I bought a new car so I don't have to worry about anything more than regular maintance for at least 40.000KM, I am keeping a record of all the conversations over the phone and all the emails. On September I'm traveling to Detroit for an FCA meeting to discuss this case in USA headquarters. Do not buy a car here even if they offer a good deal, or they seem nice. I will never buy a Jeep in my life and of course never be close to Peel Chrysler in Mississauga More
