Hi Mike, as Heather stated when you came in, we are very sorry to hear about the situation. We truly wish we could help, and had you come to us when the payments started coming out, we may have been able to change some of the paperwork and honour the deal you thought you were getting. Coming back after 6 months when this offer is no longer available puts all of us in this unfortunate situation. Not all of our customers at the time of this offer decided to opt for the differed payments, and according to the paperwork that was signed, you guys chose not to. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding but unfortunately there is nothing we can do now half a year later. We wish you and your family nothing but the best.

Maybe the guy Matt who doesn’t work there anymore should have told her about it then before she signed the paperwork don’t you think??.. we obviously came in to get the do not pay for 18 months... why else would we be in there to get a vehicle??? He should have said something like “hey do you want to start payments now.. or do you want THE DEAL YOU CAME IN FOR???” Total unprofessional on YOUR part... nothing you can do now?? If you really wanted to you could honour it!! You guys have the power to do so.. your obviously not understanding where I am coming from... your apologies don’t mean nothing to me... you guys honestly messed up our well-being.. At the time we were able to make the payments we shouldn’t have been making for 18 months... why offer it if your sales people don’t mention it before we sign.. like “ hey Erin before you sign do you want the deal you came in for, or do you want to pay now?” Now come on, that doesn’t any sense now does it..?? No wonder he doesn’t work there anymore.. I bet we are not the first people he has done that too... I’m beyond disappointed and upset with the way you guys are dealing with this... I am going to the media as well as social media and local newspapers about what has happened here... letting them know NOT TO SHOP with you guys because your sales people do not explain to your customers the paperwork before they sign... if he would have said “if you sign here you have to pay right away!”... she wouldn’t have signed guys... I will make sure all my friends and family never come there to get caught up in some kind of b.s like this guys.. I want to speak to the owner please... I would like to set up a meeting with him...
