Always amazing service from Lexus of London. I wouldn’t take my IS350 anywhere else for service. My car is fairly tricked out and I don’t hesitate to hands my keys over to Service advisor Romeo. We leased our first Lexus in 2017 and we were hooked right away. The service at the dealership has been excellent! My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with R right away. The service at the dealership has been excellent! My husband and I are very grateful to have found an amazing Sales Representative with Rick Watson. He was incredibly patient and helpful over the last two years. I would constantly email asking about upgrading to the larger SUV in regards to pricing, lease details, etc. Rick was always prompt with his responses and not once did we feel like we were a nuisance, but rather a valued customer! We finally decided on the 2020 RX 350 Luxury package and couldn't' be happier! It is an absolutely beautiful vehicle. Thank you to Rick for all of your help.
