Leduc Chrysler

Just had my ram 1500 serviced at Leduc Chrysler. (Oil change) I had received 2 phone calls from an Edmonton number about a service promotion and my truck hadn’t been to the dealership for some time. When I called to book the appointment I questioned about the promotion the tech state yes there was a winter inspection that was XX number of dollars with the oil change. After the work was completed and I was leaving there was no inspection sheet when I asked about it the service tech talked to someone on the floor and there was something about the inspection never got to the computer so the mechanic made out a hand written one. This was no more then you would get at a quick lube place. Under windshield washer heading it was written…. topped up. This must be a standard thing because I am sure if it had been check they would have seen there was no room for washer fluid because I had just filled it (to overflowing) getting ready for a trip tomorrow. I previous years I had used Leduc Chrysler exclusively for all my truck repairs and had told others that I was impressed with their work and attention to customers needs.. I had moved from the area for a number of years so was unable to utilize the dealership services. Having moved back to Leduc in Sept I was looking forward to utilizing this dealership. Have been in twice since moving back but this third time was not what I have come to expect from Leduc Chrysler. Disappointed to say the least More

Found truck online. Made call to Robert Sacchieri. Truck i had found was on order but Robert found another one they had there . Made Arrangement's to go look at it on a Saturday Jan 22. We compared one he found with one on order and one on order was not what i was wanting. Took one he had for a drive made deal Monday picked it up Tuesday Jan 25 . Was coming from hour away so wanted to be in and out as fast i could be. Robert met me there that morning and was great. Met Christina Randell and she went over truck with me lots of buttons and changed my plate over . Very nice lady great to deal with. Then i met Natalia Solnikova finance manger went over some options with me for warranty and finished up the deal. Very nice lady great to deal with all so . I would defiantly tell people about Leduc Chrysler and will watch for what they have next time i need a truck. Great staff did not deal with everyone but everyone i came across said hi and have a good day . I want to add i forgot when cleaning out my trade i forgot a engraved finger print of my dad when he past away in 2020 on a chain on the rear view mirror and they found it before i left and Dean Mcgill tracked me down in the dealership to make sure i got it back. Awesome job More

Since Covid, I’ve struggled to find people worth engaging with let alone doing business with. They are nothing but pleasant people to deal with and make you feel at home. They notified me of the recall on my with let alone doing business with. They are nothing but pleasant people to deal with and make you feel at home. They notified me of the recall on my daytime headlights and gave me a great price for an oil change. They even corrected my tire pressure for me for free. Being a university student and living far from home, I usually drive far out of the city to do servicing on my vehicle as I know places around the city can be a bit shady. It’s nice to have found a trusting place to do servicing on my vehicle just outside of the city. They offered me coffee and tea while I waited and engaged in conversation with me, which not a lot of places do nowadays. Even the other customers seem cheery when walking into this dealership. I will certainly be coming back here. :) More
