The Island Ford Team - has gone above and beyond regarding the search for the vehicle, and the awesome treatment we receive every time we visit the dealership. This includes Matt Cadzow, Bernadette and the team at Island Ford. Always feel a little like family when we come in - and NOTE - dogs are welcome in the showroom too, so yahoo !!!! Mamba says she loves the new truck, more back seat space and room to really stretch out, such an improvement over earlier models, and much easier to get in for an older more mature gal. ~~ Smooth As A Babies Bum ~~ I have to admit I was very impressed by the service & customer support I received from Ryan P & the team of Island Ford. For example, with out quest I have to admit I was very impressed by the service & customer support I received from Ryan P & the team of Island Ford. For example, with out question I was picked up directly from the airport by Ryan P who was on time and very courteous. As well very professional during the whole purchase process. Ryan P also ensured I was well taken care of when it came to the boring parts of all the paperwork and what not so during that process Ryan P helped me get up to speed with all the features and neat things my new truck came with and ensured I was able to work my way through the new features this truck has to offer. I purchased my brand new 2015 Ford F350 Diesel Lariat... my new baby here on the 14th of Jan/2016, landed in Nanaimo at 8am and was taken to dealership and out the door with keys in hand to head back to the ferry headed home here to Abbotsford in a very few short hours.
