Island Ford is a beautiful state-of-the-art dealership in an easy-to-access location right off the highway. We have bought multiple vehicles via Dave Faithfull and will continue to do so in the future. After an easy-to-access location right off the highway. Own a F-150. Had taken it to Island Ford Service for regular service initially and there after when they called for reminders to come in. This year however, after i was called i called to make an appoin regular service initially and there after when they called for reminders to come in. This year however, after i was called i called to make an appointment and was put on a lengthy hold, so i ended up hanging up. Sent a direct e-mail to the business card i had (Deanna SCHMIDT) and got no reply. Used the on line Chat and a rep said they would deliver a message to the dealer...well they did. I rec'd an email from Patricia FARAG and signed by a Keith CURRAN (indicating he was the service manager). Keith indicated that someone would get back to me shortly to set up an appointment. I heard nothing for a day so followed up with an email to him asking when. We are in day 3 now and still no appointment for a regular service so within minutes i was able to set up an appointment with another company. BTW, if you schedule a time at Island Ford...don't expect to get in at the designated time...they take your servicing in their stride...previous times, i waited 3-5 hours from scheduled drop off to finish for a regular maintenance. More

I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Dave was so good I couldn't not write one. From the moment I met him, I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying a vehicle. He knowledge and experience was unsurpassed and I couldn't be happier with my decision. He is truely a man of his words and looked after me like we were long time friends. I cannot praise him enough and I will always tell someone looking for a vehicle to "go see Dave at Island Ford, he'll take care of you". That being said, thank you Dave and I can't wait for my next vehicle purchase through Island Ford. More
