Our sales rep, Ian Raine, was wonderful to work with! He took the time to sit down with us, was personable and completely honest. He did everything he could to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. He answered all of our questions, took us on a long test drive and even came in on his day off to ensure our car was delivered on the day we were promised (New Years Eve). Overall, Ian was a great help and we will definitely be going back to Georgetown Kia in the future! More

Buying my dream car at 23! Harman was a pleasure to be around. My appointment was originally scheduled with another advisor but Harman was actually the first one to approach me Harman was a pleasure to be around. My appointment was originally scheduled with another advisor but Harman was actually the first one to approach me and greet me when I entered the dealership, which is quite a surprise for someone my age. They had the Mustang outside & ready for me to take on a test drive. Harman was very thorough on his explanation of the car and its features, and helped us take the car out for a spin. I was happy that Harman & his team were able to carry out most of the things that I had asked for, especially considering that I was able to pick the car up on Friday before my trip as promised! Overall I was very happy with the service I received from this dealership and I hope this continues with their after-sales service .
