My story is a little different-I met Ian a couple of years ago just by chance. I was in Georgetown during a snow storm and my car’s battery died. I was stopped in front of Kia Georgetown - called over years ago just by chance. I was in Georgetown during a snow storm and my car’s battery died. I was stopped in front of Kia Georgetown - called over hopping someone would be able to help. Ian came to the rescue!! I told Ian that when I was I the market for a new car I would come see him first. Fast forward 2 years and here I am in need of an upgrade. Staying true to my promise- the first person I called was Ian. His professionalism, positive attitude, expertise and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was his #1 priority is rarely seen nowadays.
