Overall good dealership, easy buying process. Friendly helpful staff and salesperson. Fun experience on pick up day. However, once I got my vehicle home, I noticed it was quite dirty on the insid Friendly helpful staff and salesperson. Fun experience on pick up day. However, once I got my vehicle home, I noticed it was quite dirty on the inside. I spent at least a couple hours cleaning, it was quite gross actually. For example, all the seats, which I was told would be clean when I picked up the vehicle, were absolutely not clean and I will try to use an upholstery cleaner. Dried food stains in cup holders, the center console was awful, etc. The outside of the vehicle was not washed well and was very streaky. Also, for some reason I was given six extra tires instead of the four winters, two of which were completely different brands than either the summers or the winters, which I now need to dispose of. As for the features of the vehicle, a big issue is that it was advertised as having the Technology Package, and it does not. I did not look specifically for these features when I picked it up as I trusted the advertised listing. It does NOT contain these features and I am very disappointed. More
