Amazing customer service and wonderful experience I recently purchased a new iM from Toyota on the Park. Being my first car purchase I was pretty unsure of a lot of the different things to take into consideration when making such a purchase. Paul was very helpful and considerate throughout the entire process and guided me through the day in a very professional and courteous manner. So disappointed... then satisfied! *** UPDATE: I have to say, the response of the General Sales Manager, Matt Treacy, and the ongoing professionalism of Paul Barreto, saved the day f *** UPDATE: I have to say, the response of the General Sales Manager, Matt Treacy, and the ongoing professionalism of Paul Barreto, saved the day for me here. Matt responded to my initial review here (and a personal email to him) within an hour of being posted/sent. He promised to make things right, and between himself and Paul, they did. I returned a few days later to test drive a 2017 Prius, and they did their best to keep my loyalty. I picked up my new Toyota three days ago and am completely satisfied with the responsive improvement that Matt and Paul showed to my concerns. If only the service side can pick up their game, I could give this dealership a Five Star rating! **** FOUR STARS (for now)!!! Let's get this out first: I have been a loyal customer for several years. I had an appointment to speak with Paul B. regarding buying out my lease (2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE). Obviously, Paul's job is to sell me on a new car. I was coming into the dealership 80% sure I wasn't going to buy a new one because at this point in my life I didn't need to, and the Camry had low kms. with four brand new tires. None of the current Toyota lineup excited me in any way except perhaps the iM hatch, as I considered downsizing. After a quick test drive, Paul started making me offers and got me excited to purchase, at which point I even called my insurance company to check rates. At this point, I was up to at least 50% that I would buy, if they could meet my offer. Unfortunately, this is where Peter Popovski, the Used Car Manager, entered the picture, and my entire experience at Toyota on the Park went south, FAST. At this point, my 5:00 p.m. appointment had stretched to past 7:30, and I was starving and in no mood for hard sell or rudeness. Maybe that's what Peter Popovski is used to giving his customers, but unfortunately his demeanour turned every experience I've had in this dealership--and I've dealt with at least three sales people and the General Sales Manager, Matt Treacy, before and never had this kind of rudeness. If this is the kind of leadership you allow, you have lost me and anyone I know as a customer, forever. ** TWO STARS RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF PETER POPOVSKI IS ON DUTY More

The team were all very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions thoroughly and explaining each step of the process clearly. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process from shopping, purchase and leading all the up to and including the delivery. Amazing from start to finish !!! Ali the fiance manger offered great advice for additional coverage's that Toyota has to offer, along with having all the paper work ready when it was time for me to pick up my new wheels, took all of 10 minutes. the service department was equally great to deal with , Mario, Kash and his team seem to have a great knowledge of what the term "costumer service" really is !!!
