The main reason for the purchase was the level of service and complete dediacation towards customer satisfaction provided by Paul Barreto starting from the initial contact up to and then well after taking delivery of the vehicle. As one example we encountered diffficulty some time after taking the car with setting up and operating the communication package. Paul volunteered to help and spent considerable time addressing our problems and offered if necessary to help us again. I spent almost 40 years in engineering sales and management and learned during this period to recognize and appreciate the level of low-key professionalism demonstrated by Paul during the entire process.
