excellent customer service first time buyer thank you to Mario, Paul, and Alice for the amazing customer service. all 3 employees worked together to ensure I am happy and very satisfied with my thank you to Mario, Paul, and Alice for the amazing customer service. all 3 employees worked together to ensure I am happy and very satisfied with my purchase.as a first time buyer I have gone to different dealerships and different competing companies. I ended up purchasing from toyota on the park because of the solid base of information with regards to the vehicle and the quality of extended services that Toyota has to offer. I have never been happier with my choice. all 3 employees exceeded my expectations. they made me feel like a truly valued customer by paying attention to what model and specific details I wanted in the car and most importantly my budget and payment expectations. of course as a first time buyer I bombarded them with multiple questions and picked at every little detail in turn they provided very thorough explanations and addressed all of my concerns accordingly with regards to my purchase. I signed the agreement and walked out of the dealership feeling confident about my decision. when I picked up my car I knew I made the best decision. I definitely recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone who asks. I strongly believe that excellent customer service teamwork and communication between all of the employees makes the transition for buyers so much more easier, it ensures that needs and expectations are met. I cannot thank them enough for such an amazing experience. More

Toyota Camry XLE V6 lease I just returned my Avalon 4 months earlier after 4 years lease and jumped into Camry XLE V6. Like last time I did it with Paul Barreto. He is great an I just returned my Avalon 4 months earlier after 4 years lease and jumped into Camry XLE V6. Like last time I did it with Paul Barreto. He is great and he took complete care of my lease. He listened what was important to me and made the right suggestions. Would strongly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to buy or lease a car at Toyota. Throughout the lease Toyota services took care of my car and I never had any issues. Always quick and not pushy. Would always explain to me what needs to be done and give me the choice if something wasn't a matter or safety. More

Overall positive, need tweaks to the sales process. My husband and I have been customers of this dealership since purchasing a Toyota Camry in 2002. The car was serviced at the dealership until it was d My husband and I have been customers of this dealership since purchasing a Toyota Camry in 2002. The car was serviced at the dealership until it was damaged beyond repair in an accident earlier in February. I decided to purchase a used car from the dealership because I trusted them and knew that the Corolla (2011) that I eventually purchased had also been serviced by the dealership. After a lengthy process (over two hours), we agreed on a price for the new 'old' Corolla but it required the assistance of the General Manager to finalize the deal. I had a price in mind and needed to stick to it, fortunately, the GM understood that and as a long time client, he clearly valued the loyalty. Paul Barreto was our salesperson and he was very helpful in assisting me to focus in on what my requirements or /'musts' were for the new car. I needed assurances that a smaller car was safe (I had been hit in the accident ) and that it had a sound system that I could enjoy when driving through the city. Paul also understood the necessity of sticking to my budget. The GM, Aaron Buck, made sure that I got the deal I needed to purchase the new car. Clearly he is customer focussed and understood that after a long period of time negotiating, a deal had to be made. I wonder what would have happened if he had not been at the dealership that day. My next step was to meet with the financial manager, Benni, to finalize financial arrangements. The process was smooth until the issue around extended warranty protection came up. While I understand that Benni is required to inform me about the warranty, it felt like a 'lecture' when I made it very clear that I was not interested in the warranty. She was quite insistent and it took some time for her to accept that I was going to decline it. I do not appreciate being second guessed. There have been many articles and television segments about consumer protection related to extended warranties and the fact that they are not value added and I have paid attention to them. Even when picking up the car, Benni mentioned it again. I understand that salespeople are not involved in the financial dealings with customers. This is most unfortunate for several reasons and not particularly customer friendly. We spent a lot of time with Paul and he knew our situation. Much of this was repeated with Benni and was a waste of time. Secondly, Paul would have listened to what I wanted related to the extended warranty and would not have felt it necessary to 'lecture ' me about why I should be purchasing one. Thirdly, I would not have had to meet with Benni a second time when picking up the car if Paul had had the financial responsibility. Two other small issues. When I picked up the car, the winter mats, which were included in my purchase, were not available nor was a second key to the car. This requires another trip to the dealership. I would have appreciated everything being ready and organized at the time of pick up. or at the very least, an offer to deliver to me when they come in. Overall, my relationship with TOP has been positive. Their Service Department is second to none. Some tweaks to the sales process would make purchasing a car a more pleasant experience. More

Then on Christmas Eve I had to bring my car to get checked and the Service Centre cleared my concern. Once again, just a few weeks ago, my car was on a recall and the service I received was superb. This is a good dealer I just bought a 2015 Toyota 4ruuner ltd from this fantastic dealership for one week. Price is good. Service is excellent. The delivery was on time and the new car condition is fantastic. Mr. Paul Barreto, Mr. Brian Choi and Mr. Aaron Buck demonstrated their professional character when handled my purchase. I would recommend them. In a word, I am happy to spend time and gas to travel across half of the city to place an order in Toyota on the park. And I hope their service department can be as good as their sales department for I did not try any maintenance service yet. I will keep updating as soon as I finish my first maintenance. More

From the first hello from the receptionist to the signing of the deal...these folks couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. They made the whole experience enjoyable. What a gentleman Paul is...you just want to hug him. Nancy was a joy to work with to finalize the paperwork. Both very knowledgable and helpful. The showroom is modern and immaculate. Worth the drive across the city. I came away with a smile :) I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends and going back here for my next vehicle. More

I already had an old Corolla and I was completely satisfied however I wanted to shift to a full size car for my family. I had a chance to have Mr Paul Baretto as my dealership who was recommended to me from somebody else. He is an honest and a very friendly person. He is very professional and knows technical details about vehicles. He was really patient to answer all my questions and concern regarding the new Camry and services across the country.
