We have bought from other dealerships previously and highly recommend Don Wheaton especially sales rep Alex. Alex was very patient explaining and reexplaining all the features of the vehicle as well as the options we could go with. Tim and Jason in the finance side were well versed and made the paperwork side a breeze. First impression of the dealership and staff when I first walked in to leaving with my new SUV - very professional and welcoming. Every person we encountered offered to assist with a friendly smiley. Unprofessional manipulative greasy We went in to look at a truck, where we said we would think about it, since it was the last one of that type we were told to put a deposit down that t We went in to look at a truck, where we said we would think about it, since it was the last one of that type we were told to put a deposit down that they would give back. We went through financing to see if we would get approved. Once approved, don Wheaton asssumed that meant we were buying it. We went back he following weekend to say we weren't ready to buy because we have a baby on the way and wanted to be more prepared. We got interrupted by sales manager nick, he yelled at us saying we own the truck, we didn't sign anything in finance. Just signed that little yellow paper that we were told was just to put the numbers in place and we put a $500 deposit down (again, verbally told we would get back), because we were told if we didn't we would lose the truck. After yelling at us, telling us they're keeping our money and they kicked us out of the dealership. I have never in my life had a negative experience from a dealership, I have signed that paper probably 10 times in my life thinking about purchases, I have put deposits down I've gotten returned once I decided whether or not I would buy a vehicle. Don Wheaton tries to force you into purchases, they are not there for the customer what so ever, the fact you wouldn't return $500 to a woman expecting a baby tells a lot about you as a dealership and a person. What is $500 to a dealership who clearly would do this multiple times? A lot less than it is to someone about to take a pay cut and go on mat leave to raise a child. Heartless, greasy, manipulative, rude people work at Don Wheaton. More

My new car purchase Fred Norstrom was the first person to greet me and very quickly. He took me right to the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all my questions. He was quick to let me know what was available and what was coming in. I went for a test drive with him and was very impressed with his product knowledge regarding the Envision. Fred was able to locate the Envision I wanted, in addition to getting the only cargo shade in Canada, and ordered all the extra pieces for the interior protection package. I met with Nick, a very professional man, and one who met every challenge I put forth to him! In short he has a fantastic team and I would recommend anyone interested in a GM product to go see them on Whyte. Tim in finance made me feel welcome, and he's pleasant. Accepting price and terms can be a harrowing experience, but not with him. It took 10 minutes, he's quick efficient and makes light of the meeting with his soft humor. Thank you for your help! More

Excellent, professional service! I absolutely enjoyed purchasing my Chevrolet Cruze from Nik Jr at Don Wheaton Chevrolet. I had been to other dealerships while looking for my first ne I absolutely enjoyed purchasing my Chevrolet Cruze from Nik Jr at Don Wheaton Chevrolet. I had been to other dealerships while looking for my first new vehicle and their sale teams seemed so gimmicky and cheesy. The level of service at Don Wheaton from all the staff I dealt with was very professional. I actually felt like I was making a business transaction, not visiting Chucky Cheese. The whole process was very smooth and now two years later I still love the car! I recommend this dealership to anybody who wants a no pressure, but professional vehicle buying experience. More

On his day off, he picked me up, drove me to the registry office and patiently answered all of my questions while giving me a second, thorough introduction to the vehicles proper operation and features, Additional time was spent explaining the vehicles warranty, service and maintenance requirements. Not once did he or Nick make me feel pressured, in fact, very comfortable throughout this experience. Time was taken to introduce me to personnel in the service and parts department who were very accommodating in answering all of my numerous questions in detail. In the end, I drove away very happy in a shiny new car. I'm grateful for the staff at Wheaton for making this a positive experience. More

Had an Accident.. Had my brand new truck for less then 3 months and someone rear ended me so hard my truck frame was bend up and it was unrepairable. I called up Dileep Had my brand new truck for less then 3 months and someone rear ended me so hard my truck frame was bend up and it was unrepairable. I called up Dileep at the store to let him know what happened and he put in motion the process to get a new truck yet again. The team at the store tried their hardest to find the same model I had but unfortunately it was not available to get but they did find one that had suited my needs better then the first one having extra room for me. The whole group at Don Wheaton on Whyte was very polite and got me handled very quickly, while still giving a great Client Experience. Will go back again when this lease is up and will only deal with this team.Thanks Again! More
