Continuing contentment with Charlesglen Toyota I just traded in my 13 year old Sienna. That car was purchased at Charlesglen back in 2004 by my husband and I, but I was the primary driver. It took our family on many trips and gave us great memories. My late husband believed in taking care of a vehicle and Charlesglen made the servicing easy for us and me. The service personnel and the shuttle drivers all go beyond good customer service to friendly, supportive and efficient attitudes. This time, my son joined me to choose a new vehicle and our experience continued to be great. From searching with Mike Loritz in Sales to Jim helping us with the new electronics and the staff in finance, the experience was top notch. Toyota vehicles are so familiar to Charlesglen staff, but still they dealt with our questions and needs with patience and focused on serving us with excellence. I am more than happy to think about the next journeys with my new Sienna and the confidence that I feel in Charlesglen helping me to care for it. More

Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I kne I'm glad I decided to buy my first brand new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota! Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I knew it was time for a new car. I made an appointment with Mike, and it was the best decision I could have made! He was extremely friendly, and was willing to answer every question I threw at him. Not to mention, he came into work on his day off to meet with me! When I made the decision to buy the RAV a few hours later, he made himself available to sit down with me and walk me through the purchasing process. I ended up meeting many people during this process! One of the people I met was Phil, one of the finance managers, who walked me through everything I needed to bring when I picked up my car. On the day of pickup, Mark was there to explain all the amazing features on my new RAV4. The transition was easy and painless, thanks to the fantastic staff at Charlesglen! I will definitely head back there (in 10+ years) when I need to buy my next vehicle. More

Mike passed on any updates on the construction and expected delivery as soon as he got information, keeping us in the loop. The actual purchase and handover of the vehicle was very smooth and friendly. Mike has since followed up several times to make sure we are happy with the car.
