With other departments we had a few disappointments First, the delivery of the vehicle seemed very professional at first as you head downstairs and see it sitting there clean and ready to go, delivery guy was very personable, but was very quick to run around the vehicle and by the time we got in we knew nothing about it and had to read manual at home as well as Google. Also being told there was a time crunch for another 5pm delivery when it was only 3:45, made us feel not very valued. Second, was the wait time in finance department on delivery day, we sat for 45min before the file was passed on to Kerri who got us in and out nice and quick as we just had to hand over a check, but when delivery is a scheduled time I would have expected more efficiency. The purchase day however was not much wait at all. More

Never thought it would happen!!! I made a point of reading the reviews of all the dealers in Calgary in an attempt to locate a dealer we could be at least reasonably happy with. Of a I made a point of reading the reviews of all the dealers in Calgary in an attempt to locate a dealer we could be at least reasonably happy with. Of all those dealers only Charlesglen Toyota had a rating that was high enough that we thought it would be worth at least taking a look. We walked in the door, spotless - an nice surprise. Looked at a few vehicles and found one we both fell in love with but felt it was too big to fit in the garage. Mike Loritz, Product Advisor, showed and asked if we had any questions. Had lots, he answered them then said " if you have time lets jump in one and see if it fits in your garage". IT FIT!!! Back to the dealership. Kim McMurdo, Sales Manager, was introduced to us then looked at and tested our trade in. Wow, two people working at this dealership who actually loved what they did and were proud to be part of the dealerships team! Kerri Hope, Financial Services Manager, worked out the payment and extras we wanted. Through this entire time never was there any attempt to upsell or coerce us into purchasing anything we did not want. Everything was explained in an easy understandable way. Another person who actually loves their job and where they work! Wow, even phoned to advise she could not be there on the day of possession, but would ensure everything would be done, in place and exactly the way we wanted it. Possession day. :) Arrive at the prescribed time, and were met by Jim McAlorum, Delivery Coordinator. Jim walked us through all the buttons, bells, whistles, then programed the phone in to work seamlessly with the vehicle. No question was insignificant or a bother!!! Everything answered in detail. "Any question, call or come back and I will help you with how everything works". Wow another person who truly loves what he does and is proud of where he works!!!! Lastly, Phil Dao, Sales Specialist - Financial Services Manager, stepped in and made sure everything Kerri Hope had said was carried out. Again no pressure to upsell anything. Answered any questions we had. Again, another person happy to be where he was and showed great professionalism in doing his job!!! If the Service Department is even close to the commitment to excellence, friendly professional approach, attention to the tiniest detail and no upsell as the initial team we have dealt with it would truly deserve the Five Star Rating we are giving them. Never thought it would happen that we would find a dealership where we would buy vehicles from for the rest of our lives. It just may happened!!! Thank you for everything!!! More

Boy am I ever wrong!! People at Charlesglen Toyota is just unexpectedly amazing! First of all, I brought used non-Toyota brand from Charlesglen Toyota with Mike Loritz. Overall I am happy how it have turned out and wrote a review a little while ago! A week later after driving off Charlesglen's parking lot, my battery have went bad on my trip to Saskatoon so I brought a new battery and kept the receipt and asked if they'd able to cover it, they did without any issue! Also my fog lights quit working on first day and it was really busy at dealership/service so it is very understandable for me to come back later just as long my headlights are working ;). In a month later (as of today) I checked in and Mike wasn't there that day, Kurt Scheuerman was able to work it out for me and take it from there with Sue Speir. They have successful repaired my fog lights on the same day in less than an hour without making an appointment under no charge at all for the service/repair! Too much of awesomeness! This is my very first experience with auto dealership, it absolutely blew my head off! I'd definitely recommend to these people at Charlesglen Toyota for my friends or these people who are thinking about buying new car... Go for Charlesglen Toyota! I will come back again when it's time for me to buy another car, Tacoma is my dream truck... maybe in a few years later!!! More

Super Positive Experience Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 f Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the folks at Charlesglen Toyota Scion on the purchase of 3 vehicles; 2 for ourselves, a RAV4 and a 4Runner, and one for a family member, a Yaris. This latest adventure began in Service with Dan Wilson who was kind enough to put us in contact with Mike Loritz in New Vehicle Sales. Mike spent quite a bit of time with us, talking about the 4Runner and the Sequoia, and taking us on test drives in both vehicles. When we returned, we had the opportunity to meet Tim Beach who talked to us about our trade in and answered some questions for us. We made our decision to purchase a 4Runner and we had the good fortune to work with Kerri Hope, who helped us with loads of questions, as well as paperwork in Financial Services. As well, we met Mark Peters for the delivery and orientation of our new 4Runner, and he helped us to figure out the new technology. All in all, our latest purchase has been a super positive experience from start to finish. Many thanks to all those folks who helped us in our adventure. More
