Outside of the dealership, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and animals especially his loyal dog Chanel. Its a terrible place to shop I always end up spending money! I have bought two cars from toyota in the last three years. MIke Loritz sold me both my truck and car. He's an excellent guy to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. But from personal experience all the departments are good. They're professional to deal with, friendly and honest. Ive had alot of work done to my truck in the last year, both modifying it and maintenance and yes once in a while a mistake was made but the dealership was honest and the mistake was corrected every time. You end up leaving the dealership with all questions answered and piece of mind your vehicle is as reliable as they are. More

My husband and I however, decided to give it one more try. We came to Charlesglen just to look around but when Mike came to us and showed us the new RAV4 we were hooked. He was nice and really gave us time to appreciate the car. We had the longest test drive we ever had and it was great! My husband was not keen with my color choice and he knew that. He showed us the black rav4 and immediately my husband said YES. I appreciated that Mike accommodated both my husband and I. Alex, our finance manager, is just one of a kind. He really went his way to have us approved and it was fast! He is so approachable and easy to talk to. He would call and give us updates. He made us feel that we were making the right decision and he was with us along the way. And of course, the best part was picking up our car! Jim, is a sweetheart! Great Experience Recently my father visited me in Calgary and as we used to do when I was a child at home I decided to spend the afternoon going for a drive and checki Recently my father visited me in Calgary and as we used to do when I was a child at home I decided to spend the afternoon going for a drive and checking out car dealers. He had mentioned he wanted to see what a Toyota Tacoma was like so we went to Charlesglen and he got out and took a look at a truck inside the dealership where we were greeted at the door by reception and then by Mike a sales person. He was very polite and willing to help even though we mentioned we were just looking. He spent some time explaining about the truck and asked my dad if he wanted to go f. or a test drive and before long my father was picking a favorite color and trim levels and was talking finances. After explaining about the recent hail sale and deciding on a truck they offered my dad a great deal and had accessories installed and ready to go in no time so he could drive home. My only comment was the finance manager was very to the point and although fair I felt he could improve on his people skills but all in all it was a great experience and we were treated very well and got a great deal. Very honorable, friendly, honest dealership I purchased a secondhand vehicle for my son at this dealership and was quite pleased with the overall experience. Everyone was friendly and informative and made the process go quite smoothly. After about a month the car started to develop huge rust spots on the drivers side door, that weren't obvious at the time of purchase. Someone had done a shoddy repair and sold the car before it started to rust through. The car wasn't painted by the dealer and they didn't notice it either. Even though it wasn't their fault, with the help of David Richardson we resolved the issue and had the vehicle repaired through cost sharing. I thank you David for your professionalism and because of your efforts I will keep Charlesglen Toyota in mind when I purchase my next car. More

It was time for a new car and decided my new car purchase was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, was going to be an SUV. Having driven, inspected, and researched SUV after SUV, dealership after dealership including Acura, Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai and Ford, I fell in love with the 2013 Toyota Rav4 and liked the professionalism and attitude I experienced at Charlesglen Toyota Scion. And so comfortable in my research, convinced that Toyota is a well respected auto maker producing dependable reliable auto mobiles, I purchased a new 2013 Rav4 from Charlesglen Toyota Scion. It was love it at first sight. But wait. The check engine light was on! Not the new car experience I was expecting. I was feeling very disappointed. My father, a Toyota aficionado himself, had always warned me not to buy the new model of any car. “They haven't worked out the bugs yet” he would say. Not to worry, I was assured by the service team that first evening, we will fix the problem. The team at Charlesglen made a point of ensuring that I was always taken care of throughout the process. I did need to return several times so the mechanics could investigate and work on the problem. At each visit I was greeted by caring and knowledgeable individuals. I was provided with a rental vehicle on a number of occasions when the RAV needed to stay at the dealership for a few days. Charlesglen Toyota Scion worked tirelessly to fix the problem of my brand new Rav4. Parts were exchanged, replaced, taken out, put back in; even the gas tank was removed and replaced. A solution at last was found to replace the entire wiring harness in my brand new Rav4. I Love my new new Rav4 again. “Satisfisfaction guaranteed” from Charlesglen Toyota Scion? I think so!
