Mike is one of our newest members to the Charlesglen family. He brings an extensive background in sales and has "never met a stranger". With his down to earth attitude and his passion for excellence, you'll find him to be your "go-to" guy. Mike has owned and driven Toyotas since 1979 and his 6th Toyota is a 2009 Highlander. Outside of the dealership, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and animals especially his loyal dog Chanel. If you like to travel, sports or car talk, Mike will be the first one to buy you a cup of coffee and share stories.

not intimidating We came into Charlesglen knowing we were very interested in the 4Runner but we didn't want to make any quick decisions. As soon as we met Mike we knew We came into Charlesglen knowing we were very interested in the 4Runner but we didn't want to make any quick decisions. As soon as we met Mike we knew we were in good hands. We did not feel intimidated nor did we feel like he only had his best interest in mind. He answered all our questions, was super honest and made us feel at ease. Next thing you know we were signing on the dotted line. The rest of the process went incredibly smooth; the financing with Tyler, picking new rims with Martin and going over every inch of the car with Jim. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and to the random people who are going to ask where we got our beautiful vehicle. More

Mike was awesome, and even treated us to lunch but more important was his professionalism. He knew his business!! When we went to pick up the vehicle we were late, and are sorry for the delay but Jim was smiling and understood, then he proceeded to take us to his dungeon--which he said we'd not return from-- but did, much wiser about that amazing vehicle I purchased. He explained everything from Bluetooth to engine. Then we went up to financing and again received amazing service with a smile. I'd recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thank you!!! More
