Outside of the dealership, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and animals especially his loyal dog Chanel. Post-sales service was exceptional! The vehicle detailing returned it to "new" in all aspects. The finance department was organized, informative and efficient. The process to train the customer on the vehicle's many options followed a very logical and well structured sequence and totally informative. Their showroom, the customer waiting area, their service facility and the vehicle pickup room were clean, bright and very welcoming. New 2017 Rav4 -an unexpected nice ride We have always driven Toyotas and last had a Senna AWD that was great for family vacations and growing children. With 2 adults, 3 children and the dog We have always driven Toyotas and last had a Senna AWD that was great for family vacations and growing children. With 2 adults, 3 children and the dog, it gave us lots of room to packup and go on those long rides to the coast or to visit grandparents across the prairies. Now that our children are all in university, the driving vacations of the past are gone. With teary eyes this summer we traded in the Senna for a new Rav4. Teary because so many good family times were rememberd spent driving in the van together. Having driven the Rav now for about a month, I love it. Never had heated seats, a sunroof, or the automatic back door before, all great features making it a really nice ride and we love the Metalic Black Current color. The staff at Charleglen were very kind and helpful and made an effort to get us the best price with the best features for us. They helped with our trade in and finanicing. Jim helped make the transition to the vehicle by giving us the tutorial on all the new features the Rav4 has. He also helped to set up all 5 phones on the bluetooth. We look forward to many years of comfortable, safe driving and making new family memories. Thankyou Charleglen for all your excellent help and assistance with our new family member, our Rav4. More
