Tremendous customer service I had been looking for a newer Ford F-150 for several months but had been unable to find an acceptable truck in my price range. I contacted Island For I had been looking for a newer Ford F-150 for several months but had been unable to find an acceptable truck in my price range. I contacted Island Ford and was fortunate to speak to Ivan Pham about a truck I saw on the website. The short story is the truck had some issues from the previous owners but Ivan and Dan made sure it was in all taken care of before I came over from the mainland. I'm sure they could have done less and still sold the truck. Instead, they stood by the price they quoted and made sure the entire truck had been gone through. The entire staff did an exceptional job. I could not be happier with my truck and will definitely return when I need another truck. More

Every employee was friendly, polite and considerate even just in passing. There was no high pressure or gimmicky sales techniques. We bought our Chev Silverado there today from Kyle and Bryan. They bent over backwards for us even though it was a used vehicle and not a Ford. Everyone was amazing! This will definitely be our first (and I am sure our last) stop next time we are out vehicle shopping. Thank you!! More

The service staff was awesome enough to get me in immediately and get the required service done promptly, plus they found and fixed a few other things that needed attention (at no cost to me). I had a chance to catch up to Kyle (my sales person) and get some advice while waiting. Parts Department was great, Service Department is on top of their game, Sales staff attentive. Didn't miss a beat. More
