The car he recommended ended up being the car I purchased and he made himself available even on his day off to start the purchase process. He was very professional and made sure the vehicle was inspected and ready for the day and I time I needed. Upon pickup he made sure all was ready and a pleasurable experience. I f I have any concerns to contact him he will help even after the sale. Thanks very much for the great customer service after an unexpected difficult situation. This is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased at Capital and all have been great experiences. More

The paperwork wasn’t ready,No instructions on instrument panel of vehicle, No insurance slip. The Vehicle I looked at had Leather seats which I ordered. The truck I picked up had cloth interior. 10 years, 4 vehicles and over 200,000 later. This last experience has ended my loyalty to this dealership. They will never see another red cent of my hard earned money. More
