He did an admirable job of taking us through all of the steps and explaining the features of the Journey models and of the available additional options. Unexpected Purchase; But Very Happy about it. Went to the dealership to check out Grand Caravan's to support our growing family. Went inside to talk to a salesman about the used inventory and met Josh. He was incredibly helpful and managed to help talk the wife out of a Caravan and into a Journey. Had minor technical difficulties with the vehicle in the first couple of days but the service department at the dealership was spectacular and took great care of it with no issues since. More
