Poor Customer Service and Sub Par Quality for Repairs My husband and I bought a new RAM from this dealership with a slight defect in the door. A condition of the sale was that the door was to be replaced, My husband and I bought a new RAM from this dealership with a slight defect in the door. A condition of the sale was that the door was to be replaced, not repaired. The truck came back and the door was not replaced but rather repaired AND part of the car was repainted (not part of the deal and not disclosed), and it was not painted well. There were grains that looked like trapped dust particles in under the paint. My husband called the supplier in charge of repairs and when asked about the trapped grains her response was "Capital Dodge wanted it back before Saturday so we didn't have time to polish out the rough spots". This was after I had told the sales rep not to rush it and that we did not have to have it by the Saturday. So we sent it back for the door to be replaced. Two weeks later it comes back with the door replaced (fine) AND a scratch on the window AND air bubbles trapped in the casing of the rubberized window frame. So the car needs to go back for repairs for a third time. The most disheartening thing about all of this was the customer service and the sub par supplier that they deal with for repairs. I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. They can sell you a good truck at a fair price, however, they are not set up to solve problems that involve more than one step nor communicate effectively between other members of their team/suppliers or with their customers. The customer care manager talks too much and doesn't listen enough and the sales rep made promises that he really didn't know about. We will be deterring others from this dealership. More

Mike Leblanc was the one to introduce us and although we did consider other options, Josh made it plain that we were meant to be together! But even though love may be blind, it isn't cheap and we wanted to be sure that we could support this T&C with TLC. It was Mike Skaff that sealed the deal and made it official. This commitment will see us return to the dealership regularly - Jack had something to do with this - and we are hopeful that the honeymoon stage will last until we feel we can never be separated. More
