This time I got a 2017 F150 and the moment my sale professional Martin new I was coming he had a few trucks out and ready for me to look at. He took the time to explain how some of the features worked and helping me choose the features and getting me the best bang for my buck. After the deal was done he took me to the service area and my service advisor Joe engle assured me he will make sure they check that all the latest software updates are done for the sync system. Delivery day was awesome just like they said everything was done and ready right on time the truck looked fantastic and the service guy set up my sync and I was off. Doug Keen Is A True Professional! Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one that's similar - He listens to everything you want and only shows you things that apply. He has no personal agenda to sell you something you didn't ask for, and will amaze you when he proves how well he's listened to you. 2. Doug takes ownership - You'd think that Doug owns the dealership. He takes pride in what he does, and shows enough care toward his customers that you'd think his own well-being depended on making sure each and every one of his customers are happy. He works seemingly independently making sure that his customers don't have to know about how difficult it might be to get something done or approved from a manager or other department. Customers don't care to know that stuff, and Doug did an amazing job at shielding us from that. Doug knows we came to buy a car we wanted to love, and that's what we left with. In fact the experience was so great we went back and replaced our second vehicle a week later! We would do it all over again if we could, and would definitely send others! Let's just say that at this point if we couldn't buy another car from Doug, we'd dread having to go to anyone else! Joe in service, and Robyn & Bory in finance were just as much a pleasure to deal with! In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team.
