Best Ford dealership you could ever go to. I drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership for 1 reason, and that is the excellent customer service they provide. Being a first time lease-or, Kyl I drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership for 1 reason, and that is the excellent customer service they provide. Being a first time lease-or, Kyle, took care of me from start to finish. Kyle had provided me with his full attention and all his time in helping me choose the right truck, and trust me I am the most indecisive person. He would answer all my emails and calls in a timely manner and even stayed past his work hours to make sure the truck was delivered to me on time. Honestly the best prices at this dealership by far. I arrived late, yet the Truck was clean inside and out ready to go. Bory and Kyle walked me through the contract and papers again and made sure I understood everything and took their time to explain to me everything. Manager Dave was their also late to help congratulate me on my new truck. This is so worth the 2 hour drive, and I will definitely be coming back for my next truck! Thanks to the whole team at Erinwood ! More

BEWARE do not service yo car here! Almost died on the road. I took my car in (recently serviced and in good comdition/no issues) for an oil change (July 2017) and Erinwood Ford did over $1000 of unauthorized wo I took my car in (recently serviced and in good comdition/no issues) for an oil change (July 2017) and Erinwood Ford did over $1000 of unauthorized work on MY car without asking for my permission bc they could not reach me at work within an 1.5h time span. Being forced to pay for this when I picked up my car for oil change despite my car no longer driving the same, strange sound and new leaks and many lights being on and then furthermore almost dying on the road bc of faulty workmanship as their mechanic said my car went into "limp" mode during my drive to work due to their negligent and faulty installation of a sensor. if you value honesty, safety and an ethical garage/service center-I highly recommend you-TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!. They do not value the legalities set forth within the consumer protection act of Ontario and most importantly are negligent towards customer safety/agency. Be safe. Have peace of mind. DONT RISK SAFETY HERE. i was offered very little compensation from Ford. No apology and no policy change so this wouldnt happen to another customer-they just dont care. More

Worst Experience ever, very incompetent staff, poor service! Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple ser Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple service attempts just to swap a set of tires, and over 1 week in service, staff was unable to balance them and install properly. I went to another professional tire shop and they saw the workmanship from Erinwood Ford on my car's tires, they called it "art of butchery". Nevertheless the problem is still not resolved and car is shaking on the highway since new. The vehicle has a mechanical problem which the Erinwood Ford service staff was unable to figure out. Ford of Canada was contacted and are useless as well. Will never buy Ford again and would definitely stay clear of this place. More

I would buy my next vehicle from this Dealer for sure I was in the market for a new F 150 but needed help with the package, colour, features and options. I first went to Yonge and Steeles Ford and met with Howard. Howard wasn't helpful and seemed to belittle me making me feel insignificant. He said " we sell more Trucks than any other dealer in Canada". He asked what I did for a living and after that it was a poker face stand off. So I reached out to a friend in automotive media and he said come with me to Dave's Dealership he will set you up. We arrived Saturday and Dave was bright eyed and bushy tailed. The entire staff seemed to buzzing around with spring spirit. I was introduced to Martin and what can I say, we clicked instantly. He bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He really took an interest in my wants and needs. Both Dave and Martin's personal insight about the F 150 Truck is what sold me and I bought a brand new vehicle that day. Carol in Financing was unbelievable right from the start. I will be back in a couple of weeks to purchase my Truck bed liner from Erinwood Ford they are fantastic. More
