The service department is top notch. Each person at the counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being th counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being there as it is likely to be an expensive visit. Each representative can easily diffuse touchy situations and make the customer at ease. I've bought vehicles in the past from Richard, and because of his fair deals and helpful attitude, I find it difficult to shop elsewhere, so I don't. Christina was amazing in her knowledge of my Jeep as she took me step by step on understanding all of it's features. I know that I can call on her at anytime for helpful advice should I need it and I appreciate that. The service department as well was extremely professional and helpful.
